Moje povlačenje je u stanju (na čekanju) od 15. jula 2023. i od tada je prošlo 9 dana. Tim za podršku uvek govori isto... Oni me stalno vode dalje.
Zaista sam ljut. Zašto nuditi bonus ako neće da ga isplate?

My withdrawal has been in a (pending) state since the 15th of July 2023, and it has been 9 days since then. The support team only ever says the same thing... They keep leading me on.
I'm really angry. Why offer a bonus if they aren't going to pay it out?
Ich habe einen Bonus von 50 Euro beim Glücksrad gewonnen (laz vegas) habe ziemlich schnell gewagert und habe somit den max cashout erreicht und ausgezahlt.
Meine auszahlung befindet sich immer noch als (ausstehend) seit den 15.7.2023 bereits seit 9 Tagen von Support hört man immer nur das gleiche.. Sie halten ein immer nur hin.
Ich bin echt sauer , wieso wird so ein Bonus verschenkt Wen die eh nicht auszahlen.
