Pokušavam da podignem i stalno mi se otkazuje, šalju mi poruku da sistem banke to ne prihvata. Probao sam 3 različita bankovna računa (različite banke) isto sa sva 3. Kontaktirao sam banke i rekli su mi da izgleda da nema pokušaja transfera novca. ali sam uplatio normalno sa 2 bankovna računa koja sam ranije pomenuo... možda je potrebno vreme da proverim detalje jer me ne obaveštavaju. da li mi možeš pomoći?
I try to make a withdrawal and it keeps getting cancelled, they send me a message that the bank's system doesn't accept it. I've tried 3 different bank accounts (different banks) the same with all 3. I contacted the banks and they tell me that there doesn't seem to be any attempt money transfer. but I made a deposit normally from the 2 bank accounts I mentioned before... maybe it takes time to verify the details because they don't let me know. can you help me?
Προσπαθώ να κάνω ανάληψη και συνεχώς ακυρώνεται,μου στέλνουν Μήνυμα ότι το σύστημα της τράπεζας δεν το δέχεται.εχω δοκιμάσει 3 διαφορετικούς λογαριασμούς τραπέζης(διαφορετικές τράπεζες) το ίδιο και στους 3.επικοινωνησα με τις τράπεζες και μου λένε ότι δε φαίνεται να γίνεται κάποια απόπειρα μεταφοράς χρημάτων.καταθεση όμως έκανα κανονικά από τους 2 τραπεζικούς λογαριασμούς που ανέφερα πριν...μήπως χρειάζεται χρόνο για την επαλήθευση των στοιχείων γιατί δε με ενημερώνουν να ξέρω.μπορειτε εσείς να με βοηθήσετε?

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
