Zatražio sam isplatu od 500,00 28.10.2024., a 29.10.2024. kazino je odbio taj iznos isplate zbog priloženog bonusa od 50,00 koji je trebalo ukloniti, što sam razumeo.
Prošlo je nekoliko radnih dana i kontaktirao sam CS da dobijem ažuriranje i rečeno mi je da je moja isplata odobrena i da čekam sledeći datum isplate, a takođe su i oni imali kašnjenja u isplatama, ali se čini da je to uvek problem.
Od tada se prijavljujem svake nedelje (obično u petak) da dobijem ažuriranje i stalno mi daju istu automatsku poruku da je moja isplata odobrena i da čekaju datum obrade. Kada pokušam da stvarno razgovaram i dobijem odgovore od tima za povlačenje, oni nikada ne odgovore na vreme, što dovodi do prekida veze i ponovnog pokretanja ćaskanja. Rekao sam predstavniku CS za povlačenje da su praznici i da čekam mesec dana i nadam se da ću dobiti ovaj novac pre Božića, a on nikada nije odgovorio ili saosećao i prekinuo ćaskanje. Veoma sam frustriran i mislio sam da pošto sam uložio toliko novca u njihov kazino (ja sam redovan korisnik koji vrši višestruke depozite, ponekad dnevno) da će mi barem dati više od automatskog opšteg odgovora da su pričao mi je mesec dana.
I requested my payout for 500.00 on 10/28/2024 and on 10/29/2024, the casino denied that payout amount due to the attached 50.00 bonus that needed to be removed, which I understood.
I couple business days went by and I contacted CS to get an update and was told that my payout has been approved and waiting for next payout date and also they were experiencing payout delays, but this always seems to be the problem.
I've been checking in every week since then (usually Friday's) to get an update and they keep giving me the same automated message that my payout has been approved and awaiting processing date. When I try to actually talk and get answers from the withdrawal team, they either never respond back in a timely fashion, which causes the chat the disconnect and restart. I told to the withdrawal CS representative that it's the holidays and ive been waiting for a month and im hoping to get this money before Christmas and he never responded or sympathized and disconnected the chat. I'm highly frustrated and I thought that since I have put so much money into their casino (I'm a regular user that does multiple deposits, sometimes daily) that they would at least give me more than an automatic generic answer that they've been telling me for a month.
