Sirva el siguiente para expresar mi mas energica queja sobre este casino y me explico: Despues de haber depositado algunas veces sin problemas el pasado viernes dia 10 intento depositar por transferencia inmediata, como siempre, siendo negativo el resultado, Contacto con el chat y me remten al equipo de finanzas a traves del correo y me contestan diciendo que vuelva a probar por el metodo "Contiant" que es una transferencia rapida. Asi lo hago y la cantidad para probar son 150 €. Pues bien, sin ningun problema hago el deposito y me cargan el dinero en mi cuenta bancaria. Ahora resulta que el dinero no aparece y me piden justificante de la transferencia, se lo envío y me dicen que todo es correcto pero que hasta no les llegue a ellos el dinero no podrán acreditarmelo en el casino.
Esto es algo inaudito puesto que yo he pagado, he enviado justificante y el extracto del cargo de ese dinero en mi banco ( el banco me dice que ellos no pueden hacer nada porque la transferencia esta puesta al procesador de pago del casino) y el casino me dice que hay que esperar. Les digo que es una transferencia inmediata y el dinero deberia aparecer pero ni se dignan en acreditarme el dinero habiendo demostrado que esta pagado. Sirva esta queja para que los usuarios sepan que si no les llega el ddinero a ellos, no acreditaran nada en tu cuenta del casino.
Por lo tanto no puedo jugar hasta no les llegue el dinero si es que llega pero a mi me lo han cargado en mi cuenta bancaria y de momento me quedo sin jugar, me dicen en el chat que haga otra transferencia ¿ Para que ? para que pase lo mismo y en vez de 150 ya seria mas dinero sin aparecer.
Hay muchos casinos que demostrando que has pagado, te acreditan el dinero pero esta gente no quiere. Ahora ni tengo el dinero ni puedo jugar. Creo que un casino que se porta asi con un usuario no es un buen casino y no es por unos miseros 150 €, es por lo mal que estan portando conmigo
