Poštovani, ovaj kazino pokriva komisija za ocjenjivanje klasa u Curaçao-u. Uložio sam ukupno 140 € u ovaj kasino, jer nisam bio siguran je li ovaj kazino uopće ozbiljan. U sumnjivim uvjetima i odredbama stoji da do pologa od 500 € imate pravo samo na 10 puta veći iznos od zadnjeg pologa. Nažalost, samo sam zadnji put položio 25 € i sa stvarnim novcem osvojio 500 €. Dakle, sada čekam isplatu od gospodina Jamesa 30. septembra 2020. Kada sam pročitao da nisam dobio punih 500 €, u početku sam bio šokiran i odmah sam stupio u kontakt s komisijom za ocjenjivanje suda u Curaçaou. Najgore je što komisija za ocjenjivanje suda u Curaçao-u ovo pravilo smatra poštenim i pravednim. Dobio bih e-poštu od Curaçaoa da sam prihvatio uvjete i odredbe i zato sam kriv. Sada čekam smiješnu isplatu od 250 eura od 30. septembra 2020. Ovaj casino od gospodina Jamesa jedan je od najgorih i najsiromašnijih kazina koje znam. I obraz je što Curaçao tako nešto legitimira.
Ni vlasti iz Kine ne bi ovom kazinu dale licencu.

In the dubious terms and conditions it says that up to a deposit of € 500 you only have a right to 10 times the last deposit. Unfortunately I only deposited 25 € the last time and won 500 € with real money. So now I'm waiting for a payout from Mr. James on September 30th, 2020. When I read that I didn't get the full 500 € I was initially shocked and immediately got in touch with Curaçao egambling Commission. The worst part is that the Curaçao egambling commission finds this rule fair and just. I would have received an email from Curaçao that I have accepted the terms and conditions and therefore it is my own fault. Now I'm waiting for a ridiculous payout of € 250 since September 30th, 2020. This casino from Mr. James is one of the worst and poorest casinos I know. And it's cheek that Curaçao legitimizes something like that.
Not even the authorities from China would have given this casino a license.

In den unseriösen AGBs steht drin das man bis zu einer Einzahlung von 500€ nur einen Anspruch auf das 10 fache der letzden Einzahlung Einzahlung hat. Leider habe ich nur 25€ beim letzden mal eingezahlt und 500€ gewonnen mit echtgeld Einsatz. So und jetzt warte ich seid den 30.09.2020 auf eine Auszahlung von Mr. James. Als ich gelesen habe das ich nicht die vollen 500€ bekommen war ich zunächst erst mal schockiert und habe mich sofort mit Curaçao egambling Kommission in Verbindung gesetzt. Das schlimmste ist das Curaçao egambling Kommission diese Regel als fair und gerecht empfindet. Ich gäbe eine Email von Curaçao erhalten das ich die AGBs akzeptiert habe und somit selbst schuld bin. Jetzt warte ich nun seid dem 30.09.2020 auf eine lächerliche Auszahlung von 250€ dieses Casino von Mr. James ist eines der Schlechtesten und Armseligsten Casinos den ich kenne. Und es ist dibe Frechheit das Curaçao so etwas legimitiert.
Nicht mal die Behörden aus China hätten dieses Casino eine Lizenz gegeben.

Poštovani, da, deponirao sam ukupno 80 € u € 30, € 25 i na kraju još € 25 koraka tog dana bez bonusa. Na kraju sam osvojio 300 € i želio sam podići novac, ali nakon 3 dana novac mi je vraćen na račun igrača uz tvrdnju da se još nisam potvrdio. Provjera je trajala cijelu sedmicu i do tada sam osvojio još 200 eura. Tada sam dobio poruku da smijem podići samo 250 eura jer nisam stigao do pologa od 500 eura. Nakon dugih naprijed-nazad i rasprava s chatom, isplatio sam 250 €, a preostalih 250 € na mom računu jednostavno je uklonjeno iz chata bez mog odobrenja. Ali naravno, napravio sam snimku zaslona svega i ne moram brinuti. Ako je potrebno, protiv njega ću pokrenuti pravnu akciju.
Dana 30. septembra 2020. godine imao sam profit i zatražio uplatu i čekam do danas, 19. oktobra 2020. godine, isplatu od 250 €. Izgleda da kazino više nema kupaca zbog ove prevare i upao je u finansijske poteškoće. U svakom slučaju, nemam osjećaj da će me novac kad tad stići. Hvala na vašem trudu.

Dear Sir or Madam, yes I deposited a total of € 80 in € 30, € 25 and finally another € 25 steps that day without a bonus. In the end I won € 300 and wanted to withdraw the money but after 3 days the money was returned to my player account with the claim that I have not yet verified myself. The verification took a whole week and by then I had won another € 200. Then I received a message that I was only allowed to withdraw € 250 because I had not reached a € 500 deposit. After a long back and forth and arguments with the chat, I paid out the € 250 and the remaining € 250 on my account was simply removed from the chat without asking my permission. But of course I took a screenshot of everything and don't have to worry. I will take legal action against it if necessary.
On September 30th, 2020 I had the profit and requested payment and I am waiting until today, October 19th, 2020 for payment of 250 €. Apparently, the casino no longer has any customers because of this scam and has got into financial difficulties. In any case, I don't have the feeling that money will reach me at some point. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ja ich habe ohne Bonus an dem Tag insgesamt 80€ in 30€, 25€ und zum Schluß nochmal 25€ Schritten eingezahlt. Am Ende habe ich 300€ gewonnen und wollte auszahlen doch das Geld wurde nach 3 Tagen auf mein Spieler Konto zurück gebucht mit der Behauptung das ich mich noch nicht verifiziert habe. Die verfifizierung dauerte eine komplette Woche und bis dahin hatte ich nochmal 200€ zusätzlich gewonnen. Dann kam eine Nachricht das ich nur 250€ auszahlen dürfte weil ich keine 500€ Einzahlung erreicht habe. Nach langem hin und her und Streitereien mit dem Chat habe ich die 250€ ausgezahlt und die restlichen 250€ auf mein Konto wurde einfach vom Chat entfernt ohne mich um Erlaubnis zu bitten. Aber ich habe von allem natürlich einen Screenshot gemacht und brauche mir keine Sorgen zu machen. Ich werde wenn es nötig ist rechtlich dagegen vorgehen.
Am 30.09.2020 habe ich den Gewinn gehabt und Auszahlung beantragt und warte bis heute den 19.10.2020 auf Zahlungseingang von 250€. Anscheinend hat Casino wegen diese Masche keine Kunden mehr und ist in Zahlungsnot gekommen. Auf jedenfall habe ich nicht das Gefühl, daß dass Geld bei mir irgendwann ankommt. Isprva je tvrdio da je novac odbijen jer je banka zatražila daljnje dokumente i zbog toga je plaćanje odgođeno. A onda nečuveno kaže kako je to što sam platio samo 140 €, a želim povući 250 €, a to je nečuveno i zato ne biste isplatili. I nije mu bitno hoću li ići u policiju ili advokat, bezobrazan sam. To je nevjerovatno koliko se oduzima zbog 250 €.
Ni Curaçao mi ne želi pomoći, a sada razmišljam o tome da poduzmem zakonsku akciju protiv njega. Ne može se dogoditi da na chatu dobijete tako nečuven odgovor.

The VIP manager from the casino said that it was outrageous to deposit € 140 and withdraw € 250 and therefore you would not have paid out. At first he claimed the money had been rejected because the bank had requested further documents and therefore the payment was delayed. And then he says outrageously how he is that I only paid € 140 and want to withdraw € 250 and that is outrageous and therefore you would not have paid out. And it doesn't matter to him whether I go to the police or to a lawyer, I'm rude. That's unbelievable what is deducted because of 250 €.
Curaçao doesn't want to help me either and now I'm considering taking legal action against it. It can't be that you get such an outrageous answer from the chat.

But unfortunatelly there is nothing what we can do with it only punish the casino with more black points. Objasnite mi na šta mislite tehničkim kršenjem pravila. Nisam prekršio nijedno pravilo, položio sam 25 € bez bonusa i osvojio redovitih 500 €. Kazino je tada rekao da mi je plaćeno samo 250 €, jer nisam položio 500 €. I tako od 30.9.2020. sada čekam isplatu od 250 € kako bih barem vratio depozite s malim plusom. Ali ne žele mi platiti ni 250 eura jer bi bilo nečuveno da položim 140 eura i povučem 250 eura. Nije moguće da sav taj novac zadrže za sebe jer sam ja upravo položio 140 eura.
Mislim da razgovaramo pomalo pogrešno, imam osjećaj. Iz ovog kasina nisam ništa isplatio. I upravo zato se mogu žaliti na to, pretpostavljam. Jer ono što ovaj kazino radi u tom bi slučaju bilo krađa i mislim da im se to neće izvući.
Explain to me what you mean by breaking your rules technically. I didn't break any rules, I deposited € 25 without a bonus and won a regular € 500. Casino then said that I only get paid € 250 because I didn't deposit € 500. So and since 09/30/2020 I am now waiting for the € 250 payout so that I at least get my deposits back with a little plus. Darauf hin habe ich mit Anwalt gedroht und ich werde die hoch nehmen auch wenn ich einen Anwalt aus Curaçao nehmen muss ich werde diese Verbrecher hoch nehmen egal was es mich kostet. Es geht mir nicht mehr um den Gewinn sondern darum dieses Casino das Handwerk zu legen. Und ich bin einer der es liebt sich zu revanchieren.
