Čekam da gospodin James osvoji 2000 (1993) eura od 2. novembra 2020 !!
U početku uopće nije bilo odgovora na moj zahtjev za isplatu dobitaka, uprkos nekoliko početnih zahtjeva.
30. novembra 2020. godine zatraženo je da pošaljem svoje dokumente u finansijski odjel.
3.1. Stigao je još jedan zahtjev za provjeru, iako sam sve već poslao 1. decembra 2020. godine!
Tada je uslijedio još jedan zahtjev za povlačenje s moje strane, ali neuspješno!
5. januara 2020. godine poslao sam ponovo sve dokumente u finansijski odjel gospodina Jamesa!
8. januara 2020. primio sam još jedno obavještenje o zahtjevu za povlačenje - stigao je.
Nakon toga, od 17.1. Opet urgirano, opet bez uspjeha!
21. februara 2020. godine primio sam samo obavijest da je primljen zahtjev za povlačenje !!!
A sada sam očajna i tražim vašu dragocjenu pomoć!

I've been waiting for Mr. James to win 2000 (1993) euros since November 2nd, 2020 !!
At first there was no response at all to my request for payment of the winnings, despite several initial requests.
On November 30th, 2020 I was asked to send my documents to the finance department.
On 3.1. Another request for verification came, although I had already sent everything on December 1st, 2020!
Then there was another withdrawal request from my side, but unsuccessful!
On January 5th, 2020 I sent all the documents again to the finance department of Mr. James !, cry that was asked of me again!
On January 8th, 2020 I received another notification about the withdrawal request - it had arrived.
After that, from 17.1. Urged again, again without success!
On February 21, 2020 I only received a notification that the withdrawal request had been received !!!
And now I am desperate and I ask for your valued help!

ich warte nun schon seit 2.11.2020 auf einen Gewinn von Mr.James in der Höhe von 2000(1993) Euro!!
Anfangs kam überhaupt kein Echo, auf meine Gewinnauszahlungsanfrage, trotz mehrmaliger Urgenzen.
am 30.11.2020 kam die Aufforderung meine Dokumente an die Finanzabteilung zu senden.
Am 3.1. kam eine weitere Aufforderung zur Verifikation, obwohl ich am 1.12.2020 schon alles geschickt hatte!
Danach gab es von meiner Seite wieder Auszahlungsanfrage, aber erfolgslos!!
Am 5.1.2020 sendete ich nochmals alle Dokumente an sie Finanzabteilung von Mr.James!, wein das nochmals von mir verlangt wurde!!
Am 8.1.2020 bekam ich wieder einen Bescheid über die Auszahlungsanfrage--sie sei eingetroffen.
Danach habe ich ab 17.1. nochmals urgiert, wieder ohne Erfolg!!
Am 21.2.2020 bekam ich wieder nur einen Bescheid, das die Auszahlungsanfrage eingegangen ist!!!
Und jetzt bin ich verzweifelt und bitte Sie herzlich um Ihre geschätzte Hilfe!
Im Anhang sende ich Ihnen den Schriftverkehr!!

Hvala vam što ste podnijeli žalbu. Žao mi je zbog vašeg odloženog povlačenja. Možete li vas molim vas savjetovati da li je to bilo vaše prvo povlačenje u ovom kasinu? Da li dobro razumijem da je vaša uplata još uvijek na čekanju unutar računa, a da nije obrađena?
Uobičajeno je da povlačenju novca treba nekoliko dana ili čak tjedana da se u potpunosti obrade, ali gotovo četiri mjeseca je neobično dugo.
Ipak, nadam se da ćemo vam moći pomoći da što prije riješite ovaj problem. Unaprijed se zahvaljujem na odgovoru.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but almost four months is abnormally long time.
Nevertheless, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
