Želeo bih da uložim pritužbu u vezi sa Mistake kazinom nakon što mi je dozvoljeno da otvorim račun i položim £720 između 18. i 23. marta nakon trajnog zatvaranja mog računa na njihovom sestrinskom kazinu goldenbet zbog problema sa kockanjem 13. marta 2024.
Oba kazina su 'u vlasništvu i pod upravom Santeda International BV' u skladu sa Uslovima i odredbama za kazina i depoziti učinjeni na mistak nakon 13. marta otišli su na isti bankovni račun 'Santeda BV'.
Verujem da je nakon trajnog zatvaranja goldenbet naloga, dalji depoziti za mistake trebalo da budu blokirani s obzirom da je Santeda BV, koja poseduje i upravlja obema veb lokacijama, bila svesna mojih problema.
Stoga bih želeo da zamolim da se moji depoziti od 720 funti Santeda BV između 18. marta i 3. aprila vrate.
Podneo sam žalbu direktno sa mistake, ali je njihov odgovor bio: „Mistake funkcioniše nezavisno kao samostalna veb lokacija. Ako imate bilo kakvih upita ili nedoumica u vezi sa različitim veb lokacijama, ljubazno vas molimo da se direktno obratite njihovim timovima za podršku.
U skladu sa gore navedenim informacijama, ne možemo ispuniti vaš zahtev za povraćaj sredstava.'
I would like to raise a complaint regarding Mystake casino after I was allowed to open an account and deposit £720 between 18th and 23rd March following the permanent closure of my account on their sister casino goldenbet due to gambling issues on the 13th March 2024.
Both casinos are ‘owned and operated by Santeda International B.V.’ according to both casinos T&Cs and deposits made to mystake after 13th March went to the same ´Santeda B.V.´ bank account.
I believe following permanent goldenbet account closure, further deposits to mystake should have been blocked given that Santeda B.V., which owns and operates both websites was aware of my issues.
I would therefore like to ask that my £720 deposits to Santeda B.V. between 18th March and 3rd April are returned.
I have raised a complaint directly with mystake but their reply was: ‘Mystake operates independently as a standalone website. If you have any inquiries or concerns related to different websites, we kindly ask you to reach out directly to their respective support teams.
In accordance with the higher mentioned information, we can not fulfill your refund request.’
