Žao mi je što čujem za vaše neprijatno iskustvo i tako mi je žao zbog kašnjenja. Da budem iskren, bio sam ubeđen da sam već odgovorio ovde i pozvao kazino u temu. Morao sam da zaboravim na to ili nisam dobro dodao post ovde. Čak se sećam kako sam ranije proverio tvoju e-poštu. Žao mi je još jednom.
Međutim, imajte na umu da ovo nije ćaskanje uživo, a u svakom slučaju, obično je potrebno neko vreme dok bilo koja uključena strana ne odgovori – ponekad nekoliko dana.

Da li sam dobro razumeo da je po zahtevu za ponovno otvaranje kazino tražio od igrača samo njegov rod, korisničko ime i imejl? Zar ne bi bilo bolje da kazino od njega zatraži više ličnih podataka, kao što su ime i prezime, upravo u svrhu sprečavanja sličnih situacija? Da li bi kazino mogao lako da otkrije drugi nalog tokom komunikacije sa igračem o ponovnom otvaranju njegovog spornog naloga?
Da je kazino zatražio verifikaciju ili više detalja po zahtevu za ponovno otvaranje, to se verovatno uopšte ne bi dogodilo. Ali, igraču je dozvoljeno da uplati novac na ovaj račun, koji je ponovo otvorio kazino, što za sada (i na osnovu komunikacije sa kazinom koju je igrač do sada pružio) izgleda kao da je delimično mogla biti i greška kazina.
Da li su na njegovom spornom računu korišćeni neki bonusi? Ako da, koji bonusi i na koji račun? Ako nije – koju vrstu igara je igrao i iz koje vrste igara su akumulirani sporni dobici? Kakvu je nepravednu prednost stekao igrajući na ovaj način?

Could you please provide us with a detailed explanation of the player's situation? What steps should the player take to unblock the account and/or withdraw his disputed winnings?
If there is another account registered by the complainant, what personal information was filled out upon registration? Do I understand correctly that upon reopening request, the casino asked the player only for his DOB, username, and email? Wouldn't it be better if the casino asked him for more personal information, such as name and surname, exactly for the purpose to prevent similar situations? Could the casino discover another account easily during communication with the player about the reopening of his disputed account?
If the casino had requested verification or more details upon reopening request, it would likely not have happened at all. But, the player was allowed to deposit to this account, reopened by the casino, which for now (and based on communication with the casino provided by the player so far) looks like it could have been partially also the casino's fault.
Were any bonuses used in his disputed account? If yes, which bonuses and on which account? If not - what type of games did he play and from what type of games were the disputed winnings accumulated? What unfair advantage did he gain by playing this way?
If we are talking about a breach of the casino's Terms and Conditions, is the casino able to substantiate its decision with relevant evidence?
