- Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified?
- What payment method did you use to deposit?
- When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
According to the chat conversation you forwarded, you simply has to use a different payment method to withdrawal but you have to deposit with it first (to verify the payment method)
