Skandalozno ponašanje kazina.
Novac sam uplatio bankovnim transferom. Osvojio sam prilično veliku sumu. Umnožio sam ga i nastavio da igram. U međuvremenu sam povukao da proverim pouzdanost kazina 0,001 od osvojenog iznosa. Došao je na račun ali posle veoma dugih problema, provera, „sistemskih grešaka" i drugih izmišljenih problema.
U međuvremenu sam nastavio da igram i bio sam ohrabren da dam dalje doprinose. Razgovarao sam sa agentima u ćaskanju koji su mi preporučili da uplatim novac putem kriptovalute i ako ga okrenem 3k onda povučem putem ovog načina plaćanja.
Ja sam to uradio. Osvojio sam još novca i od tada je počela moja noćna mora. Kazino s vremena na vreme ima problema sa serverom. Agenti za ćaskanje ne rade na internetu.
Čak mi je ikona veze putem ćaskanja nestala na nekoliko dana. Nebitno, nastavio sam da pokušavam da kontaktiram kazino. Došli su do dodatne provere, tražili dokumente sa osetljivim podacima. Bankovni izvodi su morali da budu puni dokumenti od 15-20 stranica svaki.
Ispoštovao sam sve. Čak sam dobio i e-poštu da je moj nalog POTPUNO VERIFIKOVAN.
Pokušao sam da podignem novac - bezuspešno. Pokušaji povlačenja su otkazani. Ograničenja nisu prekoračena.
Skoro mesec dana se borim za svoj novac. Ponovo pišem frustrirano podršci u ćaskanje.
Gospodin Peter mi piše prema snimcima ekrana da su svi moji dokumenti odobreni i da je otkazivanje povlačenja samo zbog prekoračenja limita i da mogu bezbedno da podignem svoj novac u kriptovalute.
Zato sam naručio povlačenje i nakon nekoliko sati dobijam mejl da kazino ne menja novac u kriptovalute.
Deponovao sam novac i trgovao po uslovima!!! Želim da koristim isti metod koji sam deponovao, da podignem novac i oni me blokiraju.
Nakon ponovnog povezivanja na ćaskanje, dobijam poruku da ipak ne mogu da se povučem u kriptovalutu - jer ne. Bez razloga.

I even had the connection icon via chat disappear for a few days. Irrelevant, I continued trying to contact the casino. They came up with additional verification, asked for documents with sensitive data. Bank statements had to be full documents of 15-20 pages each.
I complied with everything. I even received an email that my account was FULLY VERIFIED.
I tried to withdraw the money - to no avail. Attempts to withdraw cancelled. Limits were not exceeded.
I have been fighting for my money for almost a month. I write frustrated again to support in chat.
Mr. Peter writes me back according to the screenshots that all my documents have been approved and the cancellation of the withdrawal was only due to exceeding the limit and I can safely withdraw my money to cryptocurrency.
So I ordered a withdrawal and after a few hours I receive an email that the casino does not exchange money into cryptocurrency.
I deposited the money and traded it according to the terms and conditions!!! I want to use the same method that I deposited, to withdraw money and they block me.
After reconnecting to chat, I receive a message that I cannot withdraw to cryptocurrency after all - because I don't. No reason.
