Kazino nije u mogućnosti da utvrdi ko je igrao i čiji je nalog ko koristio. Da ne spominjem da ste pokušali da verifikujete sve račune sa istim dokumentima. Verujemo da je kazino delovao u skladu sa svojim Uslovima i odredbama i u ovom trenutku mogu samo da predložim da budete pažljiviji i da otvorite samo jedan nalog u svakom kazinu i da ozbiljno razgovarate sa svojim bratom. Kazino nije odgovoran za članove vaše porodice.
Iz gore navedenih razloga, ova žalba će sada biti odbijena. Hvala vam na razumevanju, žao mi je što ovom prilikom nismo mogli više pomoći. Ne ustručavajte se da nas kontaktirate ako u budućnosti naiđete na probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom.

Please understand that creating more than one account in one casino is prohibited by the vast majority of online casinos and this one is not an exception. Please, see here:

Given the circumstances, I am afraid that we are not able to proceed further with this complaint because one of the main rules of online gambling has been breached by using multiple accounts by the same person. The casino is unable to determine who was playing and whose account was used by whom. Not to mention that you tried to verify all accounts with the same documents. We believe the casino acted in compliance with their T&Cs and at this point, I can only suggest that you are more careful and only create one account in each casino and have a serious talk with your brother. The casino is not responsible for your family members.
