U odgovoru na vaš zahtev u vezi sa žalbom igrača, želimo da ukažemo na sledeće.
1. Uplate na igračev račun za igru su suspendovane do završetka procesa verifikacije u skladu sa odredbama klauzule 85 Pravila i uslova Kompanije:
„Kkladionica zadržava pravo da potvrdi identitet vlasnika računa za igre na sreću i obustavi transakcije i/ili isplatu za račun za igre u trenutku verifikacije."
2. Procedura verifikacije sada traje duže nego inače, uzrokovana je potrebom da se pribavi dodatni dokaz njegovog identiteta od igrača i da se proveri date informacije/dokumenta, što je posebno regulisano članom 86. Uslova Kompanije i Uslovi.
3. Trudimo se da igrač prođe proceduru verifikacije što je pre moguće i veoma nam je žao što je ovaj proces odložen. Razlog kašnjenja je što još nismo dobili sva tražena dokumenta za verifikaciju igrača, tačnije izvod iz banke, na kojem bi se videlo sve uplate na račun igrača i njegovo puno ime i prezime. Imajte na umu da cela izjava mora biti u jednom dokumentu za uspešnu verifikaciju, tako da ne preporučujemo da pravite snimke ekrana. Ispravan način je da preuzmete ceo izvod sa veb stranice banke i pošaljete nam ga poštom. Bićemo srećni da nastavimo sa obradom dokumenata igrača i verifikujemo njegov nalog čim dobijemo sve potrebne podatke. Nadamo se da će ove informacije biti dovoljne za rešavanje žalbe igrača. In response to your request related to the Player’s complaint, we would like to indicate the following.
1. The payments on the Player’s game account are suspended until the end of the verification process according to the provisions of Clause 85 of the Company’s terms and conditions:
"Betting company reserves the right to verify the gaming account holder's identity and suspend transactions and/or payout for the gaming account at the time of verification."
2. The verification procedure is now taking more time than usual, it is caused by the necessity to obtain additional proof of his identity from the Player and to check the information/documents provided, which is specifically regulated by Clause 86 of the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
3. We make every effort to ensure that the player will pass the verification procedure as soon as possible, and we are very sorry that this process has been delayed. The reason for the delay is that we have not yet received all the requested documents for the player's verification, specifically the bank statement, which would show all deposits to the player's account and his full name. Please note that the entire statement must be in one document for successful verification, so we do not recommend taking screenshots. The correct way is to download the entire statement from the bank's website and mail it to us. We will be happy to continue processing the player's documents and verify his account as soon as we receive all the necessary data.
