Dobro jutro, zahtev 23.12.2022 za podizanje 5.450€ nakon validacije bankarske dokumentacije.
To je odbijeno i tražili su od mene selfi sa ličnom kartom putem mejla. Poslao sam ga, a agent za ćaskanje je obradio selfi i poslao ga finansijskom odeljenju 26. decembra 2022.
Još uvek čekam validaciju da bih sada mogao da podignem 7000 €. Da vidimo da li možete da mi pomognete, molim vas, pošto je to visok iznos, ne žele da ga povučem i izgubim (neću da diram) i samo su me odložili.

Good morning, request on December 23, 2022 to withdraw €5,450 after validation of bank documentation.
It was denied and they asked me for a selfie with ID by email. I sent it and the chat agent processed the selfie and sent it to the financial department on Dec 26, 2022.
I'm still waiting for validation to be able to withdraw €7000 now. Let's see if you can help me please, since it's a high amount, they don't want me to withdraw it and lose it (I'm not going to touch it) and they just put me off.

Buenas solicite el día 23 dic 2022 retirar 5450€ tras la validación de documentación bancaria.
Fue denegada y me pidieron por email selfie con DNI.lo he mandado y el agente del chat me proceso el selfie y mandado al departamento financiero el día 26dic2022.
Sigo esperando validación para poder retirar ahora 7000€. A ver si me pueden ayudar por favor que al ser cantidad elevada no querrán que retire y que lo pierda(no pienso tocarlo) y solo me dan largas.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
