I have checked the casino's Terms and Conditions and this is what I found regarding the account closure:
8. AGREEMENT VALIDITY PERIOD.
8.1. You can terminate your account at any time by sending an email to support@pin-up.support.
Could you please confirm that you contacted customer support via the aforementioned email?
When exactly did you request your account to be closed?
Could you please confirm that you passed the KYC verification?
