Predmet: Žalba u vezi sa problemima povlačenja i verifikacije računa

Pišem da bih izrazio svoje nezadovoljstvo tekućim problemima sa kojima sam se suočavao u vezi povlačenja i verifikacije računa. Ispod je rezime situacije:
1. Napravio sam nekoliko depozita i osvojio značajne iznose, a nakon završetka mog zahteva za povlačenje čekao sam 3 radna dana, nakon čega sam dobio redovan proces povlačenja.
2. Nastavio sam da igram i osvojio $10,000.
3. Kontaktirao sam VIP podršku na Telegramu, gde je predstavnik bio prijateljski nastrojen i delovao je zabrinuto jer smo oboje iz Libana.
4. Međutim, kada sam pokušao da podignem svoja sredstva, moje prvo povlačenje od 500 dolara je vraćeno i rečeno mi je da moj račun treba da bude verifikovan. Tražili su pasoš i podatke o kartici.
5. Nakon završetka verifikacije, uspešno sam primio povlačenje od 500 dolara, ali sam kasnije obavešten da „čekam" i da rade na transferu.
6. Počeo sam da dobijam odložene odgovore od VIP podrške, a oni nisu odgovarali dugo vremena, što je izazvalo frustraciju.
7. Da bih održao nalog aktivan i omogućio brže povlačenje, nastavio sam da igram. Moj bilans je smanjen na 7.085 dolara, a čekalo je na povlačenje 1.000 dolara.
8. VIP podrška me je zamolila da napravim još jedan depozit kako bih „ubrzao" proces povlačenja, pa sam deponovao 20 dolara, ali se depozit nikada nije pojavio na veb lokaciji. Rečeno mi je da čekam 2 sata, ali ništa se nije dogodilo.
9. Kontaktirao sam podršku uživo nekoliko puta, a oni su mi neprestano govorili da „čekaj", ali su stalno davali lažna opravdanja. Na kraju su zatvorili ćaskanje bez davanja ikakvih rešenja.
10. Štaviše, počeli su da mi nude bonuse koji su doveli u zabludu, što je dodatno otežalo obradu povlačenja.
11.plus imam 3 povlačenja na sistemu od 500$ oko 1000$ i nestajem sa sajta bez razloga!!

1. I made several deposits and won significant amounts, and after completing my withdrawal request, I waited for 3 business days, after which I received the regular withdrawal process.
2. I continued playing and won $10,000.
3. I contacted VIP support on Telegram, where the representative was friendly and seemed concerned because we are both from Lebanon.
4. However, when I tried to withdraw my funds, my first withdrawal of $500 was returned, and I was told that my account needed to be verified. They requested a passport and card details.
5. After completing the verification, I successfully received a withdrawal of $500, but later I was informed to "wait" and that they were working on the transfer.
6. I started receiving delayed responses from VIP support, and they didn’t reply for a long time, causing frustration.
7. To keep the account active and facilitate faster withdrawals, I kept playing. My balance was reduced to $7,085, and there was $1,000 pending withdrawal.
8. I was asked by VIP support to make another deposit to "speed up" the withdrawal process, so I deposited $20, but the deposit never showed up on the website. I was told to wait 2 hours, but nothing happened.
9. I contacted live support several times, and they continuously told me to "wait," but they kept giving false excuses. Eventually, they closed the chat without providing any solutions.
10. Moreover, they started offering me bonuses that were misleading, making it even harder to process the withdrawal.
