One of the worst casinos out there. I would avoid playing here at all costs. I have a gambling problem, and have asked the casino to close my account PERMANENTLY. However, they state that they can not do that, and the maximum time they can close a player's account is 3 months. This is extremely irresponsible and very much against responsible gambling.
After the 3 months they can just open your account again without any notification. This happened to me, and I was able to deposit and lose money again.

Also, their withdrawal process is horrible. I requested a 1000€ withdrawal, and they asked me to verify my account even though I had already gotten an e-mail from them before that my account is FULLY VERIFIED. Regardless, I sent them all documents and they still didn¨'t pay my winnings. They purposely stall the withdrawal process to make the player eventually lose all their money, which happened to me.

Stay away from this casino!! They are manipulating and taking advantage of you.
