If I could give zero stars, I would! The withdrawal process at this casino is beyond frustrating. First, it takes forever to process any request, as if they’re doing players a favor. Then, to make things worse, there’s an option to cancel withdrawals—clearly a tactic to encourage players to spend their money instead of actually receiving it.

It feels like this system is designed to work against the players, delaying payments as much as possible. I’ve seen other casinos process withdrawals in just a few hours, while here, waiting days or even weeks is the norm! If you value your money and time, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
