Šta reći osim kakav mafijaški kazino! Tako sam ljut na ovaj kazino. Evo moje recenzije:
U početku sam bio zadovoljan i prokockao sam više od 24.000€ tokom nekoliko meseci, računajući i dobitke i gubitke. Moji dobici su bili mnogo veći od gubitaka za cirka 90% mog vremena kada sam bio kupac Vildz-a. Nekad je moj dobitak bio 14.000€, a moj gubici 2.000€
Međutim, kada se moj odnos dobitaka i gubitaka izjednačio, a onda su se gubici povećali, tj. odnos pobeda/gubitaka je bio cirka=12.000€/14.000€, odjednom nijedna od mojih registrovanih kreditnih/debitnih kartica u Vildz-u, koju sam koristio oba mnogo puta, radila. U početku sam mogao samo da uplatim, a onda u roku od sat vremena nisam mogao da podignem sredstva. Kontaktirao sam podršku uživo i raspitao se zašto moje kartice ne rade. Predstavnik nije mogao da odgovori na pitanje osim da je rekao da nema pojma zašto. Ponudio je da proveri moj nalog i otkrije zašto. Moj odgovor je bio da uradite i da ću sačekati. Kada se vratio, bacio mi je deo Uputstava i uslova za kazino u vezi sa verifikacijom i ponovnom verifikacijom i rekao da moram da se verifikujem. Ovo je veoma važna tačka jer nije rekao da moram ponovo da se verifikujem ili verifikujem. Samo da se svi kupci moraju verifikovati. Govorio mi je kao da sam nova mušterija i odgovori na sve to. Nema odgovora zašto moje kartice ne rade niti, kada su me pitali, zašto sam morao da se verifikujem tako brzo. Ništa u tom odeljku njihovih uslova i uslova nije odgovorilo na moja pitanja u vezi s tim da moje kartice odjednom ne rade niti zašto su tražili da ponovo verifikujem tako brzo. Takođe nisam mogao da razumem zašto mi je predstavnik stalno odgovarao kao da sam nov i zato mi je potrebna verifikacija.
Stoga sam nastavio da ga pitam za konkretniji odgovor(e). Postao je nepristojan, pokazao je na deo njihovog T&C-a koji je poslao, a zatim je jednostavno napustio ćaskanje i zatvorio ga. Ostavljajući me razumljivo frustriranog, ali uglavnom zbunjenog i šokiranog njegovim stavom. Zatim šaljem e-poštu podršci i postavljam im ista pitanja. Isti odgovor...ni jedan odgovor na jedno pitanje, samo isti odeljak u njihovim Uslovima i uslovima. Podrška putem e-pošte mi je takođe odgovorila kao novom kupcu i jedini odgovor osim njihovih uslova i uslova bio je da svi klijenti moraju da verifikuju svoj identitet..... eh duh... zdravo!!
Odlučio sam nakon ovoga da nikada više neću igrati tamo i odlučio sam da zatvorim svoj nalog. Sada sam u to vreme sakupio 75 besplatnih okretaja i imao pravi novac na svom računu. Otvorio sam njihovu veb stranicu i počeo da se prijavljujem.... bolje rečeno, pokušao sam da se prijavim.... pošto sam brzo otkrio da to ne mogu da uradim, pošto mi je Vildz zaključao nalog bez upozorenja. Pa čak i da sam želeo ili planirao da ponovo pošaljem informacije za ponovnu verifikaciju, ne bih mogao!!!
Sve se ovo desilo u periodu od 24 do 36 sati. Odmah sam se raspitao putem e-pošte šta znači zaključavanje mog naloga. Pogotovo što sam imao pravi novac na svom računu plus 75FS! Takođe, kako su dođavola očekivali da se ponovo verifikujem ako ne mogu ni da se prijavim. Nisam dobio nikakav odgovor od podrške osim što je prvo PONOVO isti odeljak njihovih T&C-a i tretirao me potpuno isto kao da sam upravo otvorio nalog . Onda samo automatizovani odgovori!
Pokušao sam da pošaljem još nekoliko mejlova sa pitanjem šta se dešava i zatražio sam pristup svom nalogu. Nikada mi nisu dali odgovor ili razlog za bilo šta od ovoga. Jednostavno mi je zaključao moj nalog i ukrao moj preostali balans kao i 75fs.
Zato kažem svima koji razmišljaju o korišćenju ovog kazina da budu veoma oprezni. Nikada nisam imao problema sa njima i bio sam zadovoljan njihovom uslugom, veb dizajnom i igrama. Takođe, Kazino nikada nije imao problema sa mnom niti sam ikada prekršio jedno pravilo ili uradio nešto pogrešno. Činilo se da je sve otišlo dođavola za mene čim je moj koeficijent gubitaka otišao na oko 14.000€ u poređenju sa mojim omjerom pobeda od oko 12.000€. Ta činjenica je jedina stvar na koju mogu da ukažem da je bila drugačija osim što odjednom nisam mogao da koristim svoje kartice..
Jedini put kada sam se ponovo čuo od njih je da odgovorim na svoju poslednju e-poštu, u kojoj sam tražio da mi se novac odmah vrati. Takođe da mi zatvore nalog zbog ponašanja prema meni i zadrže svoje 75fs. Njihov odgovor nije imao šta da kaže osim da će ga zatvoriti. Ništa o mom novcu ili zarađenom fs-u.
Želim ovde još jednom da ponovim činjenicu da nikada, niti jednom, nisam prekršio nijedno pravilo u njihovim T&C-ima niti sam to ikada pokušao da uradim.
Nikada nisam naišao na bilo šta slično ovom iskustvu. Niti sam ikada mogao da zamislim takav tretman veoma lojalnog i čestog kockara u kazinu sa Vildzovim očigledno visokim rezultatom na Guruu i njihovoj veličini.

What can I say except what a mafia Casino! I'm so effen angry at this Casino. Here is my review:
At first I was satisfied and gambled for over 24.000€ during several months, counting both winnings and losses. My winnings were much higher than losses for cirka 90% of my time being a customer of Wildz. At one time my winnings were 14.000€ and my losses 2.000€
However, when my win to loss ratio had become even and then following that my losses increased, i.e. win/loss ratio was cirka=12.000€/14.000€, suddenly neither one of my registered credit/debit cards at Wildz, which I had used both many times, worked. At first I could only deposit and then within an hour I couldn't withdraw funds. I contacted live support and inquired as to why my cards did not work. The rep could not answer the question except to say that he had no idea why. He offered to check my account and find out why. My response was please do and that I would wait. When he came back he threw a section of the Casinos T&C's at me regarding verification and re-verification and said I needed to verify myself. This is a very important point as he did not say that I had to re-verify or verify myself again. Only that all customers must verify themselves. Spoke to me like I was a brand new customer and the answers all to that one point. No answer why my cards didn't work nor, when asked, why I needed to verify myself again so soon. Nothing in that section of their T&C answered my question(s) regarding my cards suddenly not working nor why they were asking me to re-verify so soon. Also I couldn't understand why the rep kept answering me like I was new and therefore needed verification.
I therefore proceeded to ask him for a more specific answer(s). He became rude, pointed to the section of their T&C that he had sent, then simply left the chat and closed it. Leaving me understandably frustrated but mostly confused and shocked by his attitude. I then send an email to support and asked them the same questions. Same response...not one answer to a single question, only that same section in their T&C. Email support also answered me like a new customer and the only reply besides their T&C was that all customers need to verify their identity.....eh duh...hello!!
I decided after this that I would never play there again and decided to close my account Now at the time I had accumulated 75 free spins and had real money in my account. I open their website and started to sign in....or rather tried to sign in....as I quickly found out that I was unable to do so, as Wildz had locked me out of my account without warning. So even if I had wanted or planned to send the re-verification information again I couldn't!!!
This all happened cirka within a 24 to 36 hour period. I immediately inquired by email as to what the meaning was of locking me out of my account. Especially since I had real money in my account plus 75FS! Also, how the hell they expected me to verify myself again if I couldn't even sign in. I received no response from support except first AGAIN the same section of their T&C and treating me exactly the same as if I had just opened an account. Then only automated replies!
I tried sending several more emails asking what was going on and demanded access to my account. They never gave me an answer or reason for any of this. Simply locked me out of my account and stole my remaining balance as well as the 75fs.
So I say to everyone here who is considering using this Casino to be very careful. I had never had an issue with them and had been satisfied with their service, web design and games. Also the Casino had never had an issue with me nor had I ever broken one rule or done something wrong. Everything seemed to go to hell for me as soon as my loss ratio had gone to around 14.000€ compared to my win ratio of around 12.000€. That fact is the only thing I can point to that was different besides suddenly not being able to use my cards..
The only time I heard from them again was to answer my final email, in which I requested my money be returned immediately. Also that they close my account due to their behavior towards me and keep their 75fs. Their response had nothing to say except that they would close it. Nothing about my money or my earned fs.
I wish to reiterate here once again, the fact that I had never, not once, broken a single rule in their T&C nor had I ever attempted to do so.
I have never ever encountered anything even remotely similar to this experience. Nor could I have ever even imagined such treatment of a very loyal and frequent gambler at a Casino with Wildz's apparent high score on Guru and their size.
DO NOT TRUST THIS CASINO!!!
