Oni vam odgovaraju na imejl, ali ne i na vaše pitanje. Pitate i objasnite situaciju najmanje deset puta, a oni to i dalje ne shvataju. Siguran sam da znaju da čitaju, ali ne žele da reše problem koji su izazvali. Zbog njihovog neznanja, moram da kontaktiram i rešim svoj problem na drugom mestu. Neću preporučiti ovaj kazino. Ako želim da igram pošteno, sa poverenjem i kontaktiram korisničku podršku koju je briga i koja je spremna da reši, igram bilo gde drugde, a ne u Vinstoriji. Osećam se potpuno izluđenim, nakon što sam više od tri nedelje pokušao da ih nateram da pošalju moju istoriju igara od trenutka kada mi nedostaje. Vinstoria će verovatno odgovoriti na ovo da mogu sam da vidim istoriju, ali to nije tačno. Ne možete verovati da server radi. Brojevi i pobede su se menjali toliko puta. Imam dokaz za ovo i poslao sam ga Vinstoriji. Ipak kažu da je sve u redu i da je istorija igre tačna, tako da ih u suštini uopšte nije briga. Kontaktirali su drugog provajdera igara da tamo dobiju moju istoriju igara. Obavestili su me da nemam odigranih kola tamo. Mnogo puta sam tražio autentičan odgovor od provajdera igara, ali ga nisu poslali. Takođe sam kontaktirao provajdera igre pre nego što su to učinili i još uvek nisam dobio odgovor od njih. Dakle, odgovor koji me je Vinstoria ljubazno obavestila, možda će napisati bilo ko, ko zna :)
They answer you email but not to your question. You ask And explain the situation atleast ten times And still they dont get it. Im sure they Can read but they dont want to solve the problem that they have caused. Because of their ignorance, i have to contact And get my problem solved elsewhere. Wont recommend this casino. If i want to play fair, with trust and contact customerservice that Care and are willing to solve, i play anywhere else rather than in Winstoria. I feel totally num, after i have tried over three weeks to get them send my gamehistory from the time it is lacking.Winstoria will propably answers this that i Can see the history by myself, but that isnt true. You Can not trust that the server works. The Numbers and wins cähas changed so many times. I have proof of this and i have sent it to Winstoria. Still they say that everything is ok And that the gamehistory is correct, so basically they dont care at all. They contacted other gameprovider to get my gamehistory there. They informed me that i have no rounds played there. I asked many times the authentic respond of the gameprovider but they didnt send it. Also i contacted the gameprovider before they did And i havent still got answer from them. So the answer that Winstoria kindly informed me, might be written by anyone, who knows :)
