Maybe you should actually tell your players, that they need to write a mail to set limits? On your site it says, that you can set limits and it takes effekt immediately. How can something be immediately, when you have to wait untill support are at work?
It really seems like Vipercasino dont know anything about gambling addiction, when they think gamble addicted players can wait for such a long time to be prevented from playing.
Also, you didnt reply to the fact, that you offer gambling addicted players a bonus, when they ask to get deleted because of their addction. Do you really find that responsible? All other licenseproviders, will give you a warning for such behavior.
