Nakon što konačno verifikujete svoje KIC dokumente, još uvek čekate mnogo dana da se vaša sredstva „obrade"
Još uvek nisam video da se to dogodilo – nakon što ste „verifikovani", oni će od vas tražiti da pošaljete dokumentaciju o vašem metodu depozita.. sada ako to uradite putem „E-Transfera", oni vam ne govore šta treba da pošaljete.
pa pored čekanja 24+ sata na odgovor, jer ćaskanje uživo ne obrađuje KIC, čekate 1+ nedelju, ako ne i više, samo se verifikujte.
moj KIC kaže „verifikovano" da još uvek ne mogu da dobijem svoja sredstva, a podrška jedva odgovara.
Nikada nisam video tako dugotrajan i odložen proces kada mogu lako da dobijem svoja sredstva u BILO KOM DRUGOM kazinu gde ga igram.
Ne igraj se ovde! Biću zapanjen ako vidim svoj novac u ovom trenutku.

After you finally get your KYC Documents verified, you're still waiting many days to actually have your funds "processed"
I have yet to see that happen - after you're "verified" they than ask you to send in documentation of your deposit method.. now if you do this via "E-Transfer" they dont tell you what you need to send.
so ontop of waiting 24+ hours for a reply, because live chat does not handle KYC, you're waiting 1+ week if not more just do get verified.
my KYC says "verified" I still cant get my funds, and support barely replies.
Never have I seen such a prolonged and delayed process when I can obtain my funds easily on ANY OTHER casino I play it.
Don't play here! I'll be amazed if I see my money at this point.
