It could be a decent casino, but unfortunately I have a lot of doubts about their RTP. I found it extremely low after thousands of plays. Normal RTP is between 96-99%, here it's definitely below 50%. After thousands of plays, i didnt get 1 single Winning session on games with close to 100% Rtp like mines, plinko etc. Bonuses are scarce and the ones available are not good in my opinion. Not only is it insanely hard to win, when you do win, they make withdrawals as hard as possible. The higher the withdrawal the harder they make it for you to withdraw. VIP program is terrible, not only do you have to spend an insane amount of money to get anything, even the rewards are subject to rollover, which means, most of the times your reward is 0 after spending a lot for nothing.
Overall I don't recommend because of the extremely low RTP, bad bonuses and Laggy website. Not only is the RTP low, the bonuses are bad/low amounts and are all subject to a high rollover. I might increase to 2 stars, but the way it's going, I will stop playing because of the Bad RTP and bonuses. It's impossible to play somewhere where you lose 100% of the times.

Voids winning bets for no reason on sportsbook, they do not fulfill the rewards they promise and they make challenges/missions with impossible results for casino. I do not recommend to anyone. I played a couple of times and then I stopped playing exactly 1 year ago. I decided to give it another chance, but they keep using the same dirty tricks to deceive players. I was given a challenge of getting a 200x payout in a slot. I got a 307x and they claimed it didnt count because I needed to win 4000€ payout from a 20€ Bonus Buy, but since the base bet is 0.2€ and the max win is 5000x, it's impossible to get the payout the claim, making them deceive players for their own gain.
Also, they make withdrawals as hard as possible, to make players spend their money instead of Withdrawing. I have verified my account 2 times in the past, and they have now asked me for the 3rd time because I requested a withdrawal, and obviously it will take days to verify. Last withdrawal took me exactly 12 days to process. Extremely shady casino, I can't recommend to anyone.

Why am I not surprised that another casino that's "recommended by CasinoGuru isn't good? Another bad experience at a supposed good casino.
Everything was well, until they offered me VIP status and a VIP host. I was even given a "Welcome offer" of 50$ for becoming VIP and all they asked me to do, was write a good review on trustpilot. I did, and the nightmare started soon after that. Not only did my RTP seem to go from 90%+ to 10-15%, I was not allowed to get any good rewards. Not only did I start to lose significantly more after becoming vip, I never had rewards, they always gave the excuse,"You don't quite reach the minimum required, you need to lose more" , I got many more rewards and got an RTP of 90% when I was not VIP, ans when I became VIP, not only did I lose all my RTP from 90+% to <15% , I didn't get any rewards. The 50$ offer costed me much more from not getting rewards after Becoming VIP. What once seemed like a decent casino, they found a way to ruin it, they would get much more, if they didnt deceive players with these "Vip offers". Absolutely terrible.

Overall, a decent experience. This casino has good customer support, a good variety of games. They also offer the correct and instant tools to apply responsible gaming measures for anyone, at any time. They lack in the bonus section, as their bonus are bad overall, very low/little bonuses, sometimes with high requirements.
Overall, I would recommend, as not only is it safe, but if you encounter any problems, you will most likely get a fair resolution out of it.
