I used to get good vip treatment here. All the sudden for over a week I am being ignored my all my vip managers. I've sent them multiple emails and reached out to live chat support to pass along a message. The live chat service is completely useless as well it feels like your talking to a robot. I will no longer be playing here once they give me what they owe me.
