Očistio sam preko 60 nivoa njihovog programa lojalnosti kada su me pitali gde su moji bonusi, rekli su da sam ih "isključio" što se nikada nije desilo jer nikada nisam ni VIDEO dugme za koje govore gde uključujete i isključujete bonuse iz programa lojalnosti? Zašto bi neko to uradio? Nema nikakve koristi od toga...
Dakle, u osnovi, platiće, ali uglavnom 8 smatra da je ovaj kazino 1/10

Just a greedy entity with no morals
I cleared over 60 levels of their loyalty program when asked where my bonuses are they say I "switched them off" which never happened as I've never even SEEN the button they speak of where you turn your loyalty program bonuses on and off? Why would anyone do that? There's no benefit to it ...
So basically, will pay but largely 8 find this particular casino to be 1/10

Što se tiče problema sa bonusom iz našeg programa lojalnosti, želimo da vam skrenemo pažnju da ste dobili i uspešno odigrali najviše bonusa iz njega. Ove informacije možete besplatno proveriti u vašem Profilu -> Promocija -> kartica Istorija bonusa.
Ipak, zaista ste propustili deo bonusa zbog onemogućene opcije „Koristi bonuse". Ova opcija se odnosi na sve bonuse u našem kazinu, ne samo na bonuse iz programa lojalnosti, i nalazi se na kartici Depozit. Dakle, možda ste ga s vremena na vreme isključili dok ste uplaćivali na našem sajtu, što je takođe moglo biti učinjeno greškom.
Međutim, iz tehničkih razloga, bonusi iz programa lojalnosti ne mogu da se dodaju automatski u slučaju da je opcija „Koristi bonuse" onemogućena.

Regarding the issue with the bonus from our Loyalty program, we want to bring to your attention, that you received and successfully played the most bonuses from it. This information is free to check in your Profile -> Promo -> Bonus history tab.
Nevertheless, you indeed missed part of the bonuses due to the disabled "Use bonuses" option. This option refers to any bonuses in our casino, not only the bonuses from the Loyalty program, and is located in the Deposit tab. Thus, you might have turned it off from time to time while making deposits to our site, which also might have been done by mistake.
However, due to technical reasons, bonuses from the Loyalty program cannot be added automatically in case the "Use bonuses" option is disabled.
