I opened an account at Wintomato and played successfully for a couple of months. Then suddenly, I couldn't access the website anymore - the log-in window was either missing or an error message displayed saying 'Denied'. No emails or notifications were received from Wintomato.
When I contacted the casino's customer support through chat to inquire on what has happened to the website and how to access the account. The agent advised that my account was banned by 'admin' and that they would send more details by email. I never received an email or more details. Eventually, after providing the required documents as soon as they were finally requested and passing KYC, I was informed that my account was unbanned and 700 USDT confiscated after reviewing the history of my play.
I have requested a list of what was 'corrected', reasoning and explanation of confiscating 700 USDT. Multiple promises and expected timeframes were given to me to provide the requested details, but never I received any information from Wintomato. Every time I had to chase them to get a piece of information each time and to initiate action for a resolution.
In addition, every customer support agent I have communicated with was rude and provided service in an unprofessional and incompetent demeanor.
No clear communication and clarification of stolen $700 has been received till this day. Better stay away if you don't plan to lose everything in this casino.
