Korisnička služba neće odgovoriti, ali objavljuje odgovore bota.
Kartica dostignuća je prisluškivana, neće je popraviti niti isplatiti obećano dostignuće. Opet služba za korisnike neće reagovati, nema odgovora na e-poštu i često korisnička služba jednostavno napusti ćaskanje nakon 20 -30 minuta čekanja.
Ažuriranje: povlačenja na čekanju traju godinama...nakon što ih dobijete na plusu, odjednom se povlačenja ne obrađuju i desi se da vam pošalju bonuse koje ne možete da iskoristite jer imate povlačenje na čekanju.
nakon 2 meseca greška dostignuća još uvek nije popravljena nakon obećanja čak i da će me kontaktirati za 24 h. Ništa nije urađeno i imam sve mejlove i razgovore da to dokažem.
Korisnička usluga je ponekad veoma loša. Dobijam VIP bonuse koje normalna korisnička služba često odbija jer ne razumeju kako bonus funkcioniše...onda kontaktiram VIP da se požalim da nisam dobio obećani bonus i oni moraju da se vrate u uobičajeno ćaskanje da poprave to...barem VIP timovi odgovaraju u roku od jednog dana.
2 meseca bez rešavanja problema je jednostavno neprihvatljivo.
Moram da kažem da odlazim iz ovog kazina sa 80% verovatnoće. Veoma negativan ishod čak i ako je njihov sajt odličan.
Customer service won't answer but posts bot answers.
Achievement tab is bugged, they won't fix it or pay out the promised achievement. Again customer service won't react, no email is answered and quite often customer service just leaves the chat after a 20 -30 min wait.
Update: pending withdrawals take ages...after you get on the plus side on them, suddenly withdrawals are not processed and they happen to spam you with bonuses which you cannot use because you have a pending withdrawal.
after 2 months the bugged achievement is still not fixed after promises even to contact me in 24 h. Nothing is done and I have all the emails and chats to prove it.
Customer service is very very bad at times. I get VIP bonuses that the normal customer service often refuses because they don't understand how the bonus works...then I contact VIP to complain that I didn't get the promised bonus and they have to get back to normal chat to fix it...at least VIP teams do answer within a day.
2 months without fixing a problem is just unaccaptable.
I have to say I'm moving on from this casino with 80 % probability. Highly negative outcome even if their site is great.
