Morao sam da se obratim Live Chat-u da bih dobio bonus, ali je ubrzo potom dodeljen.

Prilično brzo sam dostigao zahteve za promet kroz neko klađenje uživo na stoni tenis (užasno pokušavati da izaberem pobednike!).
Pre nego što sam ispunio uslove za bonus, pitao sam da li mogu da verifikujem svoj nalog znajući da ću morati da verifikujem pre povlačenja. Upitan nekoliko puta u ćaskanju, svaki put sam rekao „u ovom trenutku ništa za proveru" – što sam znao, jer je ovo pisalo na stranici za verifikaciju.
Imao sam problem sa mojim bonusom koji se ne obračunava/sabira. Zaglavio se na 75 dolara nakon nekoliko stotina dolara vrednih kvalifikacionih opklada. Trebalo je nekoliko ćaskanja da se to reši, nekoliko ćaskanja je bilo beskorisno, govoreći mi o Uputstvima i odredbama kada sam istakao da sam ih već pročitao. Jasno je da operateri ćaskanja uživo nisu bili zaposleni u Kingmaker-u, jer sam morao da im pokažem kopiju promocije koja je dostupna na njihovoj stranici za promocije putem snimka ekrana.

Sam KIC je delovao malo preterano;

- Selfi ispred uređaja koji prikazuje veb stranicu Kingmejkera.
Sa prva tri nemam problema, ali neuređena istorija transakcija deluje pomalo nametljivo.
Da li je KIC, nakon čitanja Uputstava i uslova, moglo bi da potraje do 10 dana, Live Chat mi je rekao da će to biti u roku od 3 radna dana. 10 dana izgleda kao dugo, 3 bih mogao da prihvatim, iako bi 2024. i KIC mogli/trebali biti trenutni.
KIC se takmiči 14. avgusta sa moje strane, i potvrđeno je da je završeno do 16. avgusta (2 dana), tako da nije loše po KM.

Sve u svemu, prilično standardno iskustvo, ništa posebno. Kao što je slučaj sa svakim kazinom koji radi zajedničke usluge ćaskanja uživo, oni su bili u mogućnosti da pruže samo veoma opšte odgovore, povremeno samo odbacujući pitanje (tj. „Nije naš tim" ili „ne mogu da vidim tu informaciju").
Ne bih se trkao da ih koristim, ali što se tiče "da li sam plaćen?" pa da, položio sam, osvojio i primio svoj novac u razumnom roku. Na kraju krajeva, to je ono što želite od kazina, činjenica da ćete biti plaćeni ako pobedite.

I did have to reach out to Live Chat to get the Bonus credited, however it was credited shortly after.
Turnover Requirements
Qualify for Bonus = 1x @ 1.5+ odds.

I hit the turnover requirements pretty quickly through some Live Betting on Table Tennis (awful trying to pick winners there!).
Before completing the Bonus requirements, I did ask if I could verify my account knowing full well I'd have to verify prior to withdrawal. Asked a couple times on chat, each time told "nothing to verify at this point" - which I knew, because the verification page said this.
Did have an issue with my bonus turnover not calculating/adding up. It was stuck on $75 after several hundreds of dollars worth of qualifying bets. Did take several chats to get it resolved, a couple of the chats were useless, telling me about T&Cs when I pointed out I already had read them. Clearly the Live Chat operators weren't employees of Kingmaker, as I had to show them a copy of a promo available on their promotions page via screen shot.
Low and below, 48 hours after submitting a withdrawal, it was put on paused advising I had to KYC.
KYC itself seemed a bit excessive;
- Photo ID front/back
- Proof of Address
- Copies of card front/back
- Unedited transaction history from account linked to card
- Selfie in front of a device showing the Kingmaker website.
The first three I have no issue with, but the unedited transaction history seems a bit intrusive.
Did the KYC, after reading in the T&Cs it could take up to 10 days, Live Chat told me it would be within 3 business days. 10 days seems like a long time, 3 I could accept, even though its 2024 and KYC could/should be instant.
KYC compete Aug 14th from my side, and acknowledged complete by Aug 16th (2 days), so not bad there by KM.

Overall, a reasonably standard experience, nothing special. As is with any casino doing shared Live Chat services, they were only able to provide very generic responses, occasionally just deflecting the question (i.e "Not our team", or "can't see that info").
I wouldn't be racing back to use them, but as far as "did I get paid?" well yes, I deposited, won, and received my money within a reasonable time frame. Ultimately, that's what you want from a casino, the fact you'll be paid if you win.
