Iako sam na kraju dobio svojih 12.000 NOK, iskustvo je bilo neprihvatljivo. Nedostatak profesionalizma, odbijanje da se odgovori na privatne žalbe i izgovori koji se stalno menjaju čine da ovaj kazino treba izbegavati.

• Unfair Deduction of Winnings: My winnings were deducted without valid justification, and the casino kept changing their explanation (5x withdrawal cap, wagering requirements, and finally, a "faulty sticky bonus").
• Ignored Complaint Emails: Talismania states they have a 10-day response time for complaints, yet they ignored my complaint emails for over 90 days. Despite multiple reminders and resubmissions, I never received a single reply.
• Resolution Only After Public Pressure: The only reason this issue was resolved was because I escalated it to Casino Guru and other complaint platforms. Without that, I doubt they would have acted.
Final Verdict:
While I did eventually receive my 12,000 NOK, the experience was unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, refusal to answer private complaints, and ever-changing excuses make this casino one to avoid.
If you ever run into an issue with Talismania, be prepared for a long and frustrating fight.
I have now permanently closed my account and will never play here again. I strongly recommend that players choose a more reputable casino that actually respects their customers.
