First I'd like to firmly warn any person with sane mind to think twice before depositing their money in this casino beacause chances are you'll never receive your money back and your winnings if you happen to have any. In my few years of gambling I have never experienced something like this in a gaming platform or casino. I made a deposit around 500 euros on nine win 3 days ago and placed my first bet which i lost and am sure the house were beaming with delight. I placed another bet and won and after some time i accumlated over 1000euros and this is where things took a turn. I decided to create a withdrawal of only 50 euros to get a hang on how long it would take for the funds to reach my crypto wallet and after 24hrs my withdrawal wasn't even confirmed yet. After 28hrs the withdrawal was canceled and my fears were confirmed. First i saw on the app that i needed to complete my personal verification upon which i submitted my ID , live picture and it was verified successfully. I later got a mail that in order to successfully withdraw my funds i needed to upload proof of residence which i hastily did and it was verified successfully. Next they also wanted me to upload proof of my crypto transactions and a proof that the crypto wallet was mine haha and i did all that and was successfully verified. After that i decided to create a withdrawal of 950euros which was the amount left in my account and it was accepted. Barely even 1hr i noticed my account has been blocked turns out they got triggered by that. I received a mail that players from my country weren't allowed to deposit and play real money games at nine casino. Mark you they sent me an edited T&C that contradicts to the one displayed on their site and included my country among the restricted ones. Haha this is so lame from nine casino department because why allow me to deposit and put me through all that verification telling me after i complete it I'll be able to withdraw successfully. Now they are asking me for my crypto wallet address and full name to send me a refund of my deposit. Am even skeptical if they'll refund me anything.I simply curse the day i found this site and deposited money and played on this casino and to anyone who values his/her peace of mind please, I REPEAT DON'T TRY playing on this shady Casino. They won't pay you a dime if you win and waste your time then come up with something not in their T&C because all they want is your money. I bet they'll cease operating sooner or later.
