I speak English because their support does not understand Portuguese. I won a prize 2 months ago, and I opened the account as told. Today I logged in, but there is no money. The agent Ebru first lied and said there was no stream. Then, when I proved there was a stream, the agent found another excuse, saying the prize can’t be paid now. There is no timeframe given when account should be open. I did everything required, but they don’t want to pay and the agents are lying. Don’t play there.
