Šokiran sam što je Casino Guru ovom kazinu dao visoku ocenu jer je očigledno u pitanju prevara. Pozivam ih da odmah uklone promovisanu vezu i spreče igrače da postanu žrtve njihovih lažnih postupaka.
Deponovao sam €1500 i osvojio €900, ali kada sam pokušao da podignem svoj dobitak, mogao sam da podignem samo €500. Before I won, I purchased €40 of "free spins" on Gates of Olympus. After a few spins, the website went down, and I was unable to access it for about an hour. When I was finally able to log back in, the €40 was missing from my balance, and I did not know how much I had won, if anything. When I contacted support, they asked me to find the round, which I did and have a screenshot of. However, Casinoly did not return my money or winnings, and they claimed that they had checked everything and found no mistake on their part.
I have screenshots of every chat with support, my winnings, and all other evidence that proves their fraudulent activities. I caution everyone to avoid this casino and not fall victim to their scams. Do not make the same mistake I did. This casino is 100% a scam.
Update: After 14 days, they emailed me that my withdrawl failed and i had to choos another payment method. After 6 days and contacting support they told me that my withdrawl will be in my bank account at 1-3 days. After almost a week , i contact them again and told me that my withdrawl will have a delay because i re-submit it BUT they cancel my withdrawl!
