Nisam se kockao 4 meseca. Prijavio sam se na gamstop i blokirao sam sebe na svim stranicama koje nisu ukgc početkom novembra, uključujući Richprize. Prilikom zatvaranja računa rekao sam im "Imam problem s kockanjem, trošim više nego što želim. Zatvorite moj račun trajno i ne dozvolite mi da ponovo otvorim čak i ako to zatražim". Zatvorili su račun. Nekoliko sedmica kasnije poslali su mi mejlove o bonusima. Odgovorio sam da sam zatvorio nalog i da mi prestanem slati e-poštu. RP je tada rekao "poruka koja vam je poslana bila je automatska poruka u kojoj se navodi da imate stanje na računu da li biste željeli ponovo otvoriti račun?".
Jasno sam odgovorio: "Ne, već sam rekao ne dozvolite mi da ponovo otvorim račun. Možete li da skinete moj broj sa mailing liste."
Nažalost, 05/02 imao sam recidiv koji se mogao izbjeći da su pratili odgovorno igranje. Sve druge stranice, kako u UK tako i van UK, odbile su me ponovo otvoriti osim richprizea. Trebalo mi je manje od minute da ponovo otvorim svoj račun. Pitali su me zašto sam zatvorio račun, a ja sam rekao jer trošim previše nego što sam htio. Potom su ponovo otvorili račun t. Srećom, deponovao sam samo 100 € (što je vrlo mali iznos u odnosu na moje uobičajene hiljade). Čim je ovo prošlo, zamolio sam ih da zatvore račun i zašto su ga uopće ponovo otvorili. Rekli su zato što ste nam rekli da ste puno potrošili.
Sada sam zatražio povraćaj novca i rekli su mi da čekam odgovor od tima za usklađenost u roku od 24-48 sati, ali je prošlo više od 72 sata i nisu čuli ništa. Kad ga jurim, kažu mi da čekam.

I haven't gambled for 4 months. I signed up to gamstop and blocked myself from all non ukgc sites early November including Richprize. When closing the account I told them " I have a gambling problem I am spending more than I want to. Close my account permanently and do not let me reopen even if I ask". They closed the account. A few weeks later they sent me emails about bonuses. I responded to say I closed my account and to stop emailing me. RP then said "the message sent to you was an automated message stating that you have a balance on your account would you like to reopen the account ? ".
I clearly replied "No I already said don't let me re open the account. Can you you take my number off the mailing list."
Unfortunately on 05/02 I had a relapse which could have been avoided If they followed responsible gaming. All other sites both UK and non UK refused to reopen me apart from richprize. It took less than a minute to reopen my account. They asked me why I closed the account and I said because I was spending too much than I wanted to. They then reopened the account t. Luckily I only deposited €100 (which is a very low amount to my usual thousands). As soon as this went I asked them to close the account and why they reopened it in the first place. They said because you told us you spent lots.
I now have requested a refund and they told me to wait for a response from Compliance team within 24-48 hours but its over 72 hours and have not heard a thing. When I chase it up they tell me to wait.
