Žalim se jer vidim da se ono što mi se dešava desilo i drugim igračima...
Dakle, za početak, registrovao sam se na Rolletto 1. februara 2023. nakon što sam pročitao da Rolletto ovde ima dobru recenziju, ali nisam čitao o komentarima igrača (trebalo je!!)
Prvo sam učinio da moj nalog bude verifikovan pre nego što napravim svoj prvi depozit.
Kada je moj nalog verifikovan, napravio sam depozit od 207,04€ koristeći Litecoin i sa bonusom od 250%.
Tako da sam morao da se kladim na više od 21k€.
Uz puno sreće, uspešno uspevam da pobedim opkladu i odmah napravim povlačenja u 2 dela prema njihovim uslovima, igračima je dozvoljeno da povuku samo 7500€ nedeljno...
Otprilike 2 ili 3 dana kasnije, moja povlačenja su odbijena i nakon razmene sa Livetchat podrškom, to je bilo na mojoj strani jer sistem ne dozvoljava učitavanje dokumenata dužih od 2 meseca.. tako da se slažem da je jedna od fotografija moj ID koji je bio veći od 2 meseca, napravio sam snimak ekrana i poslao ga...
Dakle, zamolili su me da ponovo pošaljem dokumente i samo fotografije..
Ono što sam uspeo da uradim ovog puta i primim taj nalog je verifikovano..
I evo nas...
Isplate su vraćene na moj rolletto račun jer sada moram da pošaljem selfi sa Id i papir sa pisanim podacima (naziv kazina, moje korisničko ime, trenutni datum,).
Uradio sam to i račun je verifikovan i još jednom sam napravio povlačenja..
...koja je još jednom odbijena jer moram da pošaljem selfi video sa identifikacijom...
Uradio sam to ponovo, a video je odobren juče 9.2.2023. i mislio sam da će moj dobitak biti isplaćen kao što su mi jasno rekli dok sam razgovarao o ovome sa Livetchat-om...
Ne... Isplate su otkazane još jednom!!! I ne mogu više da izvršim gotovinu... I ja sam napravio snimak ekrana!!
A sada žele moj VhatsApp telefonski broj, koji sam im već dao jer je to moj registrovani telefon na mom Roletto nalogu...
Kao posledica toga, nakon što sam pročitao toliko loših kritika protiv njih od igrača ovde i drugde, samo sam ih obavestio o tome šta sam nameravao da uradim (žalbe Komisiji za kockanje Curacaoa, žalbe CasinoGuru-u i drugim sajtovima za kockanje).
Dakle, Casinoguru, pošto vodim sve diskusije i razmenjujem se sa njima ako je potrebno, nadam se da ćete mi pomoći, samo želim da Rolletto ostane pri njihovim uslovima i da mi isplati moj dobitak u skladu sa tim kako sam ih tražio . I da poštuje 7500€ nedeljno.

I'm making this complaint as I see that what is happening to me has happened to other players...
So as a start, I registered on Rolletto on February 1st ,2023 after reading that Rolletto has a Good Review here ,but didn't read about players comments ( should have!! )
I firstly made my account to be verified before making my first deposit.
Once my account has been verified so I made a deposit of 207,04€ using Litecoin and with bonus of 250%..
So I had to wager more than 21k€.
With a lot of luck, I successfully manage to beat wager and instantly made withdrawals in 2 parts as per their terms and conditions, players are only allowed to withdraw 7500€ per week...
About 2 or 3 days later, my withdrawals have been rejected and after exchange with Livetchat support ,it was on my side cause there system doesn't allow to upload documents of more than 2mo.. so ,I agree that one of the photo of my ID which was larger than 2mo , I took a screenshot of it and sent it...
So, I've been asked to sent again documents and only photos..
What I successfully manage to do this time and receive that account has been verified..
And there here we go...
Withdrawals have been returned to my rolletto account because now I've to send selfie with I'd and paper with written information ( name of casino, my username, current date ,).
I did so and account has been verified and once again I made withdrawals..
...which has been rejected one more time because I've to send selfie video with Id...
I did it again, and video been approved yesterday 9/02/2023 and I was thinking that my winnings will be paid as they clearly stated to my while discussing about this with Livetchat...
Nope... Withdrawals have been canceled one more time!!! And can't make anymore a cashout... I've screenshot of that too!!
And now they want my WhatsApp phone number, which I already gave them because it's my registered phone on my rolletto account...
So as consequence, after reading so many bad reviews against them from player here and elsewhere, I just inform them about what I was going to do ( complaints to Curaçao Gambling Commission, Complaints to CasinoGuru and other Gambling sites ).
So, Casinoguru , as I've all the discussions and exchange with them if needed, I hope you'll help me cause , I just want Rolletto to stand by their terms and conditions and pay me my winnings accordingly as I 've requested them. And to respect 7500€ per week.

Razumem šta hoćete da kažete, ali ako postoje pravila o kazinu i ja sam potpisao i slažem se sa tim pravilima, mislim da je potpuno normalno da kazino ima pravo da poštuje sopstvene uslove korišćenja.
Danas, 12. februara 2023., kao posledica toga, još uvek čekam da se izvrši uplata.
Rolletto me blokira zbog podizanja novca...
I pošto sam pročitao toliko drugih pritužbi ovde na CasinoGuru-u, nakon što su selfi video plejeri uspeli da izvrše isplatu, ali ne u mom slučaju..
Zaista iskreno mislim da se nadaju da ću izgubiti živce i odigrati svoj dobitak i izgubiti sve.. ali pogodite šta..ovo se neće dogoditi..
Tako da čekam da se Rolletto pridržava svojih uslova korišćenja i isplati mi moj dobitak.
I ako je potrebno, imam sve razmene koje dokazuju da je moj nalog više puta verifikovan, ali Rolletto i dalje traži izgovor da mi ne isplati moj dobitak.
I sa ovim što mi se dešava, ne razumem kako Rolletto ima tako visok rejting kada vidite sve žalbe na njih...
I tako još čekam..

I understand what you're saying but if there's rules on a casino and I signed and agrees for that rules, I think it's totally normal that the casino has the right to respect its own terms of use.
Today 12th of February 2023 , so as a consequence, I'm still waiting for payment to be made.
Rolletto is blocking me for making withdrawals...
And as I read so many other complaints here on CasinoGuru, after selfie video players have been able to make cashout but not in my case..
I really genuinely think that they hope I'll loose my temper and play back my winnings and lose it all.. but guess what..this isn't going to happen..
So I'm waiting for Rolletto to stand by its own terms of use and pay me my winnings.
And if needed, I do have all exchanges that prove that my account has been at multiple times verified , but Rolletto is still looking for an excuse not to pay me my winnings.
And with what is happening to me, I don't understand how Rolletto has so high ratings when you see all the complaints against them...
And ,so I'm still waiting..
