Izvinjavam se, ali pošto nismo dobili nikakav odgovor od Rouge Casina u vezi sa ovim problemom, a kazino radi bez zvanične licence, tako da, nažalost, ne možemo kontaktirati nijednog regulatora niti možemo nastaviti rješavanje ove žalbe bez komunikacije sa Rougeom. Primorani smo to zatvoriti kao 'neriješeno'.
Jako mi je žao što nisam mogao više pomoći, ali barem zatvaranje ove žalbe kao neriješene će negativno uticati na rejting kazina i drugi igrači mogu pročitati o vašem iskustvu u našoj recenziji.
Nadam se da se više nećete susresti sa ovakvim problemom.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the Rouge Casino regarding the issue and the casino is operating without an official license, so, unfortunately, no regulator can be contacted neither we can continue resolving this complaint without communicating with Rouge. We are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
