Pozdrav, položio sam 100 € na SelectBet i dobio 100 € bonusa koji sam morao otključati sa 1600 € dobiti. Uspio sam to napraviti i smislio sam plus od nekoliko stotina eura, htio sam unovčiti 600 €. Sad sam dobio e-mail da sam prekršio pravila i sav novac koji sam zaradio oko 1000 € bit će otkazan i dobivam polog nazad. Nakon dugog razgovora s podrškom, tako je i ostalo. Kada sam pitao šta će se dogoditi da nisam uspio dobiti bonus, nisam li primio depozit. Možete li mi pomoći s ovim ili je besmisleno, osjećam se nekako otrgnuto. Hvala na pomoći
Hello, I deposited € 100 at SelectBet and got a € 100 bonus which I had to unlock with € 1600 profit. I managed to do this and came up with a plus of several hundred euros, I wanted to cash out € 600. Now I got an email that I broke the rules and all the money I had earned about 1000 € will be canceled and I get the deposit back. After a long chat with support, it stayed that way. When I asked what would happen if I hadn't managed to get the bonus, whether I would have gotten the deposit back was not received. Can you help me with this or is it pointless, I feel kind of ripped off. Thanks for your help
Hallo, ich habe bei SelectBet 100 €eingezahlt und einen 100 €Bonus bekommen den ich mit 1600 €Gewinn freispielen mußte. Dies habe ich geschafft und bin auf ein Plus von mehreren hundert Euro gekommen, ich wollte mir 600 € auszahlen lassen. Jetzt kam eine email das ich gegen die Regeln verstoßen habe und alles Geld was ich erspielt hatte etwa 1000€ gestrichen werden und ich die Einzahlung zurück bekomme. Nach längerem Chat mit dem Support blieb es so . Auf meine Frage was würde passieren wenn ich den Bonus nicht geschafft hätte , ob ich dann auch die Einzahlung zurück bekommen hätte wurde nicht eingegangen. Pravi problem u mojim očima je što bih vratio depozit da nisam pobijedio i tako ne otključam bonus. Takođe sam mogao da dam opklade koje su u skladu sa bonus pravilima. Ako to nije slučaj kako mi je prikazano gore, vaša oklada nije u skladu sa bonus pravilima. Nisam svjestan bilo kakve krivice ili sam namjerno prekršio pravila. The real problem in my eyes is what if I hadn't won and thus didn't unlock the bonus, I would get the deposit back. I was also only able to place bets that complied with the bonus rules, if this wasn't the case I was shown above, your bet did not comply with the bonus rules. I am not aware of any guilt or I have broken rules on purpose. Unfortunately, I found out from your side too late that I was not the first to deal with these problems.

Das eigentliche Problem in meinen Augen ist ja was wenn ich nicht gewonnen hätte und so den Bonus nicht freigespielt habe bekomme ich dann auch die Einzahlung zurück. Ich konnte auch nur Wetten abschließen die den Bonus Regeln entsprachen, war das nicht so wurde mir oben angezeigt , ihre Wette entspricht nicht den Bonus Regeln . Ich bin mir keiner Schuld bewusst bzw habe ich mit Absicht Regeln gebrochen . Leider habe ich erst zu spät von ihrer Seite erfahren das ich nicht der erste mit diesen Problemen bin.
