Uspeo sam da dobijem dobru pobedu za isplatu.
Uradio sam sve KIC procese i dobio verifikovani nalog.
Ali sada dolazi problem…
Ne postoji opcija bankovnog transfera.
Samo Cripto i Mifiniti.
Razgovarao sa agentima uživo, to je bilo od velike pomoći na celom putu!
Postavio sam svoje Mifiniti dokumente na sajt.
Ali kazinu je potreban depozit od Mifinitija jer oni zahtevaju povlačenje.
Poslao sam e-poruku sa snimcima ekrana da norveške bankovne kartice ne mogu da uplate depozit na Mifiniti. Koristite ih samo za podizanje novca, ništa drugo.
Uskoro 4 dana čekanja na povlačenje i nulto rešenje iz kazina.
Zabavna činjenica: Na drugom kazinu istog provajdera Dama NV / Lucki Fok su videli problem i rešili ga za manje od 48 sati i poslali mi novac.
Poslao je Slotozenu ove informacije i snimak ekrana. Ali nije ih bilo briga.
Molim vas pomozite mom slučaju! Sviđa mi se sajt i agenti. Ali finansijski tim otežava ovo. Samo želim moj novac i zatvoriti ovaj slučaj

Did a deposit with VISA.
Managed to get a good win to cashout.
Did all the KYC process and got a verified account.
But now comes the problem…
There is no bank transfer option.
Only Crypto and Mifinity.
Talked with Live agents thats been really helpful all the way!
Uploaded my Mifinity documents on the site.
But the casino needs a deposit from Mifinity as they demand to make a withdraw.
Sent an email with screenshots that Norwegian bank cards cant make a deposit on Mifinity. Only use them to withdraw money, nothing else.
Soon 4 days of pending withdraw and zero resolution from the Casino.
Fun fact: On another Casino same provider Dama N.V / Lucky Fox they saw the problem and fixed it in less than 48 hours and sent me the money.
Sent Slotozen this information and screenshot. But they didnt care.
Please help my case! Love the site and the agents. But finance team make this really hard. Just want my money and get this case closed
