Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Mogu samo da zamislim koliko je bilo frustrirajuće što ste čekali na povlačenje tri meseca.
Da li sam dobro razumeo da su vaše uplate još uvek na čekanju na nalogu bez obrade ili su poslate, ali vam nikada nisu stigle? Možete li da nam kažete za koji način plaćanja ste se odlučili?
Sasvim je uobičajeno da povlačenju treba nekoliko dana ili čak nedelja da se u potpunosti obrađuju, ali tri meseca je neobično dugo.
Međutim, nadam se da ćemo moći da vam pomognemo da rešite ovaj problem što je pre moguće. Hvala unapred na odgovoru.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to wait for withdrawals for three months.
Do I understand correctly that your payments are still pending inside the account without being processed or they have been sent but never reached you? Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but three months is unusually long time.
However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.
