Možete li molim vas da kažete kada ste prvi put zatražili samoisključenje? Možete li takođe proslediti potpuno isti zahtev na nikolas.b@casino.guru zajedno sa odgovorom kazina? Zašto niste popunili obrazac koji vam je kazino prosledio? Kada ste poslednji put razgovarali sa kazinom i o čemu se radilo?

Could you please advise when did you request for the self-exclusion for the first time? Could you also forward the exact same request to nikolas.b@casino.guru together with the casino's respond? Why didn't you fill out the form the casino forwarded to you? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
