Dobro jutro
2.12.25. tražio sam povlačenje 500 evra putem bankovnog transfera i 14.2.25. još jedno podizanje za isti iznos.
Danas je 19.02.25. i još uvek nisu obrađeni. 3 radna dana navedena u njihovim uslovima i odredbama na veb lokaciji su već prošla.
Već sam priložio svoju potvrdu o vlasništvu nad bankovnim računom i snimke ekrana povlačenja u prethodnim imejlovima i oni su ostali isti.
Status povlačenja se ne obrađuje.
Pisao sam im 10 mejlova svakog dana.

On 2/12/25 I requested a withdrawal for 500 euros via bank transfer and on 2/14/25 another withdrawal for the same amount.
Today is 2/19/25 and they still haven't been processed. The 3 business days indicated in their terms and conditions on the website have already passed.
I have already attached my certificate of ownership of the bank account and screenshots of the withdrawals in previous emails and they remain the same.
Withdrawal status is not processed.
I have written 10 emails to them every day. and they tell me there will be a delay and that I shouldn't worry.
I talk to live chat and it seems like a robot, they all copy and paste the same thing.
Excuses for lateness or sometimes it could be a problem with my bank.
What can I do?

El 12/2/25 solicité un retiro por importe de 500 euros por transferencia bancaria y el 14/2/25 otro retiro por mismo importe.
Hoy es día 19/2/25 y siguen sin procesarse. Ya han pasado los 3 días habiles que indican en sus términos y condiciones de la web.
Les he adjuntado ya en correos previos mi certificado de titularidad de la cuenta bancaria y capturas de los retiros y siguen igual.
El estado de los retiros no se procesa.
Les he escrito 10 mails cada día a support@tikitaka.com y me responden que hay demora y que no me preocupe.
Hablo con chat live y parece un robot copian y pegan lo mismo todos.
Excusas de tardanza o a veces que puede ser problema de mi banco.
