Could you please advise when did you create your account? Did you contact them right after the mistake or only when you wanted to withdraw? Did you agree with the casino's condition in order to fix the mistake?
Please note that entering unreal details while registering is strictly forbidden and the casino is not obligate to re-establish your account with any balance on it and is entitled to void your entire winnings.
