Iako razumem vašu frustraciju, želeo bih da naglasim da svaki kazino ima drugačiju politiku bonusa i sistem nagrađivanja, i njima je dozvoljeno da odlučuju ko ima pravo da učestvuje u njemu i koja pravila će se primenjivati. Izvinjavam se, ali ne možemo da kaznimo kazino zbog toga kako funkcioniše njihov sistem nagrađivanja, niti smo u poziciji da primoramo kazino da vam dodeli bonuse ili nagradne poene. Mogu samo da vam preporučim da pronađete kazino koji bolje odgovara vašim zahtevima za bonus.

Although I understand your frustration, I would like to emphasize, that each casino has a different bonus policy and reward system, and they are allowed to decide who is eligible to participate in it and which rules will be applied. I apologize, but we cannot penalize the casino for how their reward system works, nor are we in a position to force the casino to grant you bonuses or reward points. I can only recommend that you find a casino that suits your bonus requirements better.
