Zaista sam tužan što moram da se obratim sajtovima trećih strana da rešim ovaj problem, ali problem je što nisam primio uplatu nakon 13 dana do sada.
Rečeno mi je da mi je dozvoljeno da se povučem i igram na sajtu i narudžba je obrađena kako je navedeno u mojoj istoriji, ali nikad nisam dobio novac.
Zaista želim pitati njihov tim za plaćanje šta se dogodilo, ali nisam čuo ništa otkad sam poslao e-poštu podršci. Također je korisnička podrška bila ljubazna, ali nikada nije mogla pomoći i progurati me kroz tim za plaćanje i stalno mi je govorila da ne mogu ništa učiniti za mene. I'm really sad that i have to reach out to third party sites to fix this issue, but the problem is that i havent receive my payment after 13 days so far.
I've been told that i'm allowed to withdraw and play on the site and the order is processed as stated in my history, but i never have received the money.
I really want to ask their payment team what happend but i havent heared anything ever since i emailed the support. Also the customer support was nice, but never could help and push me through the payment team and kept telling me they couldnt do anything for me. So yea basicly i went from a wall to a wall..
