Deponovao sam 30 € na VildFortune, ali nakon prihvatanja uplate nisam mogao da unesem svoju e-poštu da bi sajt završio proces. Mislio sam da je ovo greška jer sam koristio pametni telefon i odlučio sam da uplatim još 20 € sa laptopom. Ista stvar se desila i nisam mogao da otvorim nalog na VildFortune + sajt ne nudi prijavljivanje preko bankovnog ID-a.
Novac u ukupnom iznosu od 50 € je nestao sa mog računa i pružio sam VildFortune timu za podršku dokaz o uplati iz moje banke, a takođe sam mogao da lociram uplate iz Trustli-ove baze podataka i to podelio sa kazinom.
Ljudi iz korisničke podrške tvrde da ne mogu da lociraju uplate, ali ja imam jasan dokaz da su se one zaista dogodile. U početku su ljudi iz podrške bili prilično brzi sa odgovorima na moje upite, ali nakon što su pružili dokaze za uplate, prećutali su.

I deposited 30 € to WildFortune, but upon accepting the payment I couldn't enter my e-mail for the site to finish the process. I thought this was a bug that happened because I was using a smartphone, and decided to deposit another 20 € with a laptop. Same thing happened, and couldn't create an account at WildFortune + the site doesn't offer loggin in via bank id.
The money, totaling 50 € is gone from my account and I have provided the WildFortune support team proof of payment from my bank and also I could locate the payments from Trustly's database and have shared that with the casino too.
The customer support people claim they can't locate the payments, but I have clear proof that they have indeed happened. At first the support people were quite quick with the replies to my queries, but after providing the proof for the payments they have gone radio-silent.
