Zaista cenim veliku brigu o nama - igračima.
Pa, ništa nije rešeno sa Vild Tornado kazinom. Nakon moje prethodne žalbe, samo sam odigrao svoj depozit. ALI posle toga. pošto ste i vi i Vild Tornado bili veoma kooperativni, mislio sam da još jednom pokušam kazinu. Posle nekoliko depozita, imao sam sreće i hteo sam da se povučem - i tu je ponovo počela noćna mora.
Ne samo da sam im OPET poslao svoje lične dokumente u skeniranom i foto formatu i naravno račun za komunalije, to nije bilo dovoljno – hteli su da pošaljem selfi – sačekajte to – sa karticom u jednoj ruci i papirom na kome je pisalo „Zdravo VildTornado i datum" - da li je cirkus??? Ozbiljno... Rekao sam im da pošto imam samo 2 ruke, nikako ne mogu da držim nešto u svakoj ruci I napravim selfi - kojom rukom?
U svakom slučaju, posle mnogo pokušaja i grešaka uspeo sam da to uradim - SAMO DA NAUČIM ODMAH da to NISU prihvatili. Ko zna zašto? Imaju moju sliku na mojoj dozvoli, imaju moj Selfi, imaju moju karticu - pa u čemu je problem???
Ovo je zaista veoma-veoma loša politika kazina / korisnička podrška. Dakle, moj novac još uvek stoji tamo jer ne mogu da ga podignem. Očigledno NEMA problema kada želite da uplatite novac - samo kada želite da povučete.
Bilo koja povratna informacija od bilo koga, ili postoji nešto što CasinoGuru može da uradi za mene?

I really appreciate greatly looking after us - players.
Well, nothing is solved with Wild Tornado casino. After my previous complaint I just played off my deposit balance. BUT after that. since both you and Wild Tornado were very cooperative, I thought I give the casino another try. After a few deposits I got lucky and wanted to withdraw - and that's where the nightmare started again.
Not only did I send them my ID docs in scanned and photo format AGAIN and of course utility bill, that was not enough - they wanted me to send a Selfie - wait for that - with my card in one hand and a PAPER saying ' HI WildTornado and the date" - is it a circus??? Seriously... I told them that since I only have 2 hands, I cannot possibly hold something in each hand AND take a Selfie - with which hand?
Anyway, after a lot of trial and error I managed to do it -JUST TO LEARN IT RIGHT NOW that they did NOT accept it. Who knows why? They have my photo on my license, they have my Selfie, they have my card - so what's the problem???
This is really very-very bad Casino policy / customer support. So my money is still sitting there as I cannot withdraw it. Obviously there is NO hassle when you want to deposit - only when you want to withdraw.
Any feedback from anyone, Or is there anything CasinoGuru can do for me?
