Uplatio sam depozit i čekam 5 dana. Dali su mi broj karte da pratim svoj slučaj. Kada sam pitao, rekli su mi da je depozit uplaćen i da sam ga već potrošio. Kasnije su mi rekli da su mi dali pogrešnu kartu i da moj problem nikada nije rešen. Sada će navodno uložiti žalbu za rešavanje mog problema, što znači da moram da čekam još 7 dana.
I made a deposit and have been waiting for 5 days. They gave me a ticket number to follow up on my case. When I asked, they told me the deposit was made and that I had already spent it. Later, they said they had given me the wrong ticket and that my issue was never resolved. Realice un depósito,llevo 5 días esperando, me dieron un número ticket para seguir mi caso, cuando pregunte me dijeron que ya estaba depositado y que ya lo había gastado, y después me dijeron que me habían dado un ticket equivocado que mi problema nunca fue resuelto y resien ahora van a pedir una apelación para resolver mi problema que debo esperan asta 7 días .
