Uspešno sam poslao neke snimke ekrana na navedenu adresu e-pošte, takođe, u vezi sa vašim pitanjem, čim mi se to desilo i igra je prestala da radi, kontaktirao sam putem ćaskanja uživo i onda su mi rekli da će se igra rešiti sama od sebe nakon 24 sata, a onda se nije rešila pa sam ih ponovo kontaktirao, rekli su da će mi se javiti putem e-pošte, kontaktirao sam ih svakih sati, rekli su da ćemo proslediti čak i relevantne lagao sam jer ga niko nije prosledio jer će svi koje kontaktiram reći da će to proslediti, a ja nikada nisam dobio nikakav mejl.
Da, posle incidenta sam igrao različite igre jer sam mislio da će se igra ponovo otvoriti posle 24 sata, ali sve što su uradili je bilo da su me lagali. Čak sam im rekao da otvore igru sa svoje strane i vide da postoji bonus, ali su ignorisali to pitanje.

I have successfully submitted some screenshots to the provided email address, also, regarding ur question, The minute it happened to me and the game stopped working, I contacted via live chat and then they told me the game will resolve itself after 24 hours and then it didn’t get resolved so I contacted them again, they said they will get back to me via email, I contacted them evey hours and evytine they said we will forward it to the relevant dept even tho they are lying because no body did forward it because everyone I contact, will say that they will forward it and I never received any email back.
Yes I was playing after the incident different games because I thought that the game will reopen after 24 hours but all they did was lie to me. I even told them to open the game from their side and see that there is a bonus there but they ignored that question.
