Drago mi je da razjasnim gore pomenuto pitanje.
Igrač je pobedio kao što je pomenuto, a zatim zatražio povlačenje. U skladu sa propisima davaoca licence, kao i različitih provajdera plaćanja, zakonski smo obavezni da prikupljamo određene informacije i dokumente od korisnika radi povlačenja. Tražili smo od korisnika tražene dokumente, koje je on potom postavio na svoj nalog. Dokumente smo ubrzo nakon toga verifikovali.
Takođe smo primetili da su drugi nalozi povezani sa nalogom igrača putem IP adrese kao i profila pretraživača i pitali smo igrača da li je svestan da ima duplih naloga ili da neko drugi koristi svoj uređaj za pristup bet1000, što je on odbio. Standardna je procedura da onda uradimo neke interne provere da bismo analizirali da li su nalozi označeni kao duplikati povezani ili ne. Takođe smo obavestili igrača da je ova istraga još u toku.
Takođe bih želeo da pojasnim da račun igrača nijednog trenutka nije bio blokiran. Igrač se u međuvremenu čak prijavio na svoj nalog i igrao. Od sada, poslednje prijavljivanje je bilo pre 4 sata.
Drago mi je da podelim više informacija o povezanim nalozima, ali bih radije to privatno, jer sadrže osetljive informacije.

I am happy to clarify the the above mentioned issue.
The player made a win as mentioned and then requested a withdrawal. As per the regulations from the licensor as well as different payment providers, we are legally required to collect certain information and documents from the users for withdrawals. We asked the user for the required documents, which he then uploaded to his account. The documents were verified by us shortly after.
We also noticed that other accounts are linked to the player’s account by IP as well as browser profile and asked the player if he is aware of any duplicate accounts or anyone else using his device to access bet1000, which he denied. It is standard procedure that we then do some internal checks to analyze whether the accounts marked as duplicate are connected or not. We have also informed the player that this investigation is still ongoing.
I would also like to clarify that the player’s account was at no point blocked. The player even logged in to his account in the meantime and played. As of now, the last login was 4 hours ago.
I am happy to share more information about the related accounts but would prefer to so privately, as it contains sensitive information.
