Nažalost, pošto nismo dobili nikakav dalji odgovor od kazina u vezi sa ovim problemom, niti izvan teme uprkos mojim pokušajima da ih kontaktiram, ne možemo da nastavimo sa rešavanjem ove žalbe i primorani smo da je zatvorimo kao „nerešenu", što će uticati ocena kazina na negativan način.
Postoji još jedna opcija kako da pokušate da rešite svoj problem ili da ubrzate proces - preporučujem vam da kontaktirate nadležni organ za igre na sreću - Antilephone NV (Kurakao) i da im podnesete žalbu ( certria@gaminglicences.com i/ili complaints@gaminglicences.com ). Pre podnošenja žalbe, uverite se da ste dali sve potrebne informacije: svoje lične podatke, detalje o kazinu, podatke za prijavu u kazino, opis problema i prateće priloge ako je potrebno. Imajte na umu da je to prilično pasivno telo za izdavanje dozvola i na odgovor možete čekati nedeljama ili čak mesecima.
Takođe je vredno napomenuti da sam proverio veb stranicu kazina i naše interne beleške. Već se ne vidi na veb stranici kazina, ali ako vam zatreba, vlasnik veb stranice treba da bude "SG International NV"
Prema ažuriranju, izgleda da kazino trenutno ne prihvata nove igrače, a odeljci na njihovoj veb stranici su prazni. Dakle, vrlo je verovatno da će uskoro prestati sa radom. Stoga nije sigurno da će vam regulator pomoći. Međutim, toplo preporučujem da ih kontaktirate.
Voleo bih da mogu biti od veće pomoći. Iskreno se nadam da se više nećete susresti sa ovakvim problemom.

Unfortunately, since we have not received any further response from the casino regarding the issue, nor outside of the thread despite my attempts to contact them, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
There is one more option on how you can try to resolve your issue or speed up the process - I recommend that you contact the responsible gaming authority - Antillephone N.V. (Curacao), and submit a complaint to them (certria@gaminglicences.com and/or complaints@gaminglicences.com). Before submitting the complaint, make sure you provide all the necessary information: your personal data, the casino details, your login details in the casino, the issue description, and supporting attachments if needed. Please note it is a rather passive licensing authority and you can wait weeks or even months for an answer.
It is also worth mentioning that I checked the casino website and our internal notes. It is already not visible on the casino website, but if you need it, the owner of the website should be "SG International N.V."
According to the update, it looks like the casino currently does not accept new players, and sections on their website are empty. So, it is very likely they will stop operating soon. Therefore, it is not certain the regulator will help you. However, I strongly recommend contacting them.
