Podigao sam 301 evro početkom februara i nakon toga tražio da mi se zatvori račun jer sam bio zabrinut zbog zavisnosti od kockanja.
Razgovarao sam sa četom i oni su me obavestili da je sve u redu i da će se moje povlačenje procesuirati. Imam snimke ekrana razgovora. . Kasnije su mi takođe rekli da je novac poslat.
Nikada nisam poslao e-poruku u kojoj prihvatam da će novac biti konfiskovan po zatvaranju računa. Štaviše, naknadno sam primio e-poštu prošle nedelje u kojoj se kaže da je novac poslat, imam ove e-poruke.
Druge veb stranice pod istom kompanijom šalju e-poštu sa obaveštenjem da će sva sredstva biti oduzeta po zatvaranju i da klijent mora da prihvati i odgovori na e-poštu. Ovo se nikada nije desilo u mom slučaju i štaviše mi je rečeno da je novac poslat kao što je gore pomenuto.

I withdrew 301 euro in early feb and subsequently asked that my account be closed as I was concerned about gambling addiction.
I was speaking to the chat and they informed me that all was fine and that my withdrawal would process. I have screen shots of conversations. . I was also advised later that money had been sent.
I never sent an email accepting that money would be confesceited upon account closure. Furthermore i subsequently received an email last week saying that money had been sent, I have these emails .
Other websites under the same company do send an email advising that any funds would be forfeited upon closure and the customer must accept and reply to email. This never happened in my case and furthermore I was told that money had been sent as mentioned above .
