Ne znam zašto je moje povlačenje odbijeno, pitao sam na podršci uživo i rekli su da je upravo propalo bez objašnjenja zašto.
Zatražio sam povlačenje svog punog bilansa juče kao što biste i vi obično tražili povlačenje, a zatim zatvorio moj račun na 5 godina.
Međutim, prošle nedelje mi je rečeno u korisničkoj podršci da, ako zatvorim svoj nalog, nisu sigurni da li ću uopšte dobiti celo stanje jer je to veliki iznos, ali zar korisnička podrška ne bi trebalo da zna tako nešto?.
Takođe sam samo zatvorio svoj nalog jer mislim da je čekanje 20 dana za 2 povlačenja prilično smešno ako me pitate, bez obzira koliko je mali kazino.
Samo sam mislio da bih mogao da kontaktiram Casino Gurua za podršku u vezi sa ovim pitanjem i nadam se da ću dobiti ceo svoj bilans i da će ovaj problem uskoro biti rešen.
Nemam nijedan snimak ekrana od razgovora sa podrškom uživo, nisam razmišljao o tome da napravim bilo koji snimak ekrana da budem iskren
Nadam se da mi možete pomoći da rešim ovu situaciju.

I dont know why my withdrawal was rejected i asked on live support and they said it had just failed with no explanation why.
I requested a withdrawal of my full balance yesterday just as you would normally request a withdrawal and then closed my account for 5 years.
However i was told last week on customer support that if i closed my account they were unsure if i would even get my whole balance because it is a big amount but shouldnt customer support know something like that?.
Also i only closed my account because i think waiting 20 days for 2 withdrawals is pretty ridiculous if you ask me no matter how small of a casino it is.
I just thought i could contact Casino Guru for some support through this matter and hopefully i will receive my whole balance and this issue will be resolved soon.
I dont have any screenshots from speaking to live support i didnt think about taking any screenshot's to be honest
Hopefully you can help me resolve this situation.
